The Lanson was exceptional. We arrived very early in the morning and they accommodated us with an early check in. The 2 bedroom apartment was beautiful. Serviced everyday, spotless. I have travelled all over the world and i must say, this place was one of the best. Booked a one bedroom apartment, cleaners always came to tidy my room. Staff were very friendly and kind. Really nice and spacious room but AVOID room 4505

The bedroom itself was a good size, had enough cupboard space for clothes. The kitchen was brilliant, had all the appliances; dishwasher, sink, microwave oven, oven, washing machine and tumble dryer which made it SO easy for us to wash clothes especially with a little one. The first apartment; the bathroom had a nasty sewer like smell on the night of the first stay, I raised this with concierge and they said they will send somebody to check. So they checked and cleaned the drain they said, however I had the same issue next day and also that evening. I asked for a room change because I honestly couldn't stand the smell. Eventually on day 3 if I remember correctly, we had a room swap on the night of. Bellboy and another staff member helped me take out everything from the room to the new one, new room had no smell issues at all. Room 4505 was the smelly one, moved to 4705 and that was fine. AVOID room 4505.
