After a rather unfortunate experience during our first night on 6/6/25 in Room 1912, we were pleasantly surprised by how much things turned around the following night. Our stay on 7/6/25 in Room 1111 was a completely different and much more comforting experience. The room, while not offering the best view, was clean, cozy, and provided a much-needed sense of relaxation.
A special mention must go to the receptionist, Linda, who truly made a difference. Her kind and empathetic approach, along with her sincere apologies for our earlier experience, helped us feel heard and reassured. She consistently checked in to ensure we were comfortable and her thoughtful demeanor played a key role in improving our overall impression.
Although the beginning of our stay was less than ideal, the professionalism and hospitality we experienced on the second night more than made up for it. We appreciate the effort made to turn things around and left feeling much more satisfied. Thank you for the attentive service and for making our stay end on a positive note!
