The property is newer, by hotel standards, and the staff we interacted with was amazing. They were very courteous, patient, and helpful especially while dealing with multiple guests with complaints. In our specific experience:
- The mobile check in did not work even though the app clearly showed I was checked in. Thankfully we arrived earlier than expected and staff was still onsite to check us in.
- The digital key did not work but, again, thankfully the hotel staff was able to give us hard keys.
- The room door appears to be warped as you literally need to shoulder your way into the door. I wasn’t able to open it and my husband had to.
- We reserved the room for 4 people but there were only enough coffee and towels for 2-3ppl.
- Breakfast on the weekends, per the app, is open until 9:30am. We went downstairs at 9:10am and breakfast was already closed. According to staff it closes at 9am everyday, despite what the app clearly says.
- There was NO hot water at 9:15am. We waited thinking perhaps we needed to let the water warm up. After running the shower for 10-15min, the water was still ice cold.
- I tried to call the front desk to ask about the water but the in room phone didn’t work.
- We checked the water again around 10:30a and it was still ice cold.
Again, the staff was amazing and very apologetic for the issues. But given the room rate charged for one night I honestly could have and
should have stayed at any of the properties next
