- Cleanliness: The room and common areas were very clean. - Convenience: There were well-stocked shops nearby for everything I needed. - Location & Value: It is located not far from downtown Reykjavik and offers a lower price than closer options. Overall, it was a great value.

Great place to stay with the family. Clean and well appointed, was just like in the photos. We received a code for entry, nice and easy. About 12min drive from downtown, Bónus and Kronan are right next door for groceries and snacks.

Séjour très agréable. La chambre était spacieuse et équipée d un frigo top, d une cafetière nespresso, d une bouilloire et d un micro onde. Point négatif : il n y a pas d ascenseur. Hotel situé dans une zone d activité avec quelques fast food à proximité.

The bathroom smelled like a sewer. We had to keep the bathroom door closed and the exhaust fan running to keep the odor contained in the bathroom. I think the odor is from the water, as the water smells horrible. The room was nice and clean but inhabitable if one cannot shower, wash hands, brush teeth, etc.

This is an interesting line check in hotel with no check in desk. You need to check in on line to be sent the access door codes. I didnt and it caused some disruption but I call the number and the codes were sent. This is a basic hotel. The landings and rooms are spotless. The common entrance quite grubby making entry to the hotel corridors a pleasant surprise. The rooms could do with bed side lights , but apart from that I think it was reasonable value for money. This is fairly basic in facilities and its in a light industrial area. However its really well located.

The location from outside not look that good and was lucky to have one parking spot avilable. Room very clean as well as washroom,look like been totally renovated. There is no front desk,everything done by codes for main entry door and your room once you check-in. Only negative concerns, that heater Knob was broken and we was unable to reduce room temperature, ended up by sleeping and keep window open,I already called the hotel staff but couldn't help.

The customer service of this place is next to none. They provided a code that doesn’t work for one of the doors we had to go through and no one cared to fix it. We were lucky that someone else with a valid code opened the door for us. I reported the problem right away and no one came to fix the issue at all. The contact property messages were a joke since it solved nothing. We were forced to stay in the room the whole time of our stay fearing we won’t be lucky enough the second time we got stuck at the door. There were no shampoo and body wash in the bathroom, either. The room itself is clean, but I won’t recommend this place at all.

Overall, this hotel was just right for our needs for a two-night stay in Reykyavik. The room was minimalistic but roomy enough for a family of 4, I liked the heavy curtains that kept the light out as it was still daylight at midnight. I would have appreciated a night lamp, and an outlet next to the bed so I can charge my phone near me as opposed to having to walk to the other side of the room to switch off the light/put my phone to charge. The bathroom was functional and just fine, it had a hairdryer as well. The coffee maker only worked if someone was pushing the button continuously while the coffee was being made, and the lid of the thrashcan wouldn't open with the foot pedal, it had to be opened manually. While the room was OK, there was a bad smell upon entry into the building, it smelled like bad fish, it seemed to be coming from some thrashbags piled up on the right side of the entrance (wish that someone took those outside but there is no staff at the property that you could talk to really, checkin and checkout are all online). It is not a luxury stay but the room was clean, the bed was great and although no breakfast on site, there are grocery stores and restaurants nearby.

Je suis resté une nuit avec ma famille dans une chambre de 4 personnes. Il n'y a pas de réception, seulement une messagerie pour parler avec le personnel de l'hôtel. Personne sur place. L'accès est cependant bien sécurité par plusieurs portes à code. Il est nécessaire de s'enregister en ligne avant l'arrivée en scannant sa carte d'identité chez leur prestataire Didit. Voici ce que dit leur politique de confidentitalité : 9. Conservation et destruction Durée de conservation par défaut. La durée de conservation par défaut des données de vérification est indéfinie (« illimitée ») C'est très regrettable. Je sais que l'Islande n'est pas dans l'Union Européenne, mais un traitement des données conforme au RGPD est attendu pour des citoyens européens. Contacté, le service client n'avait pas de solution à me proposer. De plus, la douche est endomagée et de l'eau fuit sur le sol lorsqu'elle est utilisée. La ventilation fait du bruit, il fait trop chaud dans la chambre car le chauffage central est allumé en plein été. L'eau chaude sent mauvais. Il parait que c'est courant en Islande, mais je n'ai pas contasté cela dans les autres hôtels où je suis resté pendans mon séjour. Je ne reviendrais pas. Cet hôtel n'est pas une catastrophe, si vous n'avez pas le choix alors allez-y, mais évitez le dans la mesure du possible.

Skítugt baðherbergi og vond lykt á baðherbergi. Notuðum ekki sturtuna, lak bleyta undan henni og var skitug. Skítugt og vond lykt í andyri. Bílaplan mjög skítugt, þröngt og mikið drasl / timbur á því. Gistingin / bílaplan var staðsett í timburdeild Húsasmiðjunnar. Mikill hávaði úti frá umferð, fólki og iðnaðarsvæðið til miðnættis. Leið ekki öruggri að gista þarna eða geyma bílinn minn á þessum gististað.
