We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful receptionist who spoke excellent English. She outlined the dinner and breakfast times. The girl in the bar was also very helpful when I asked her about the nearest pharmacy. She looked it up on her phone and showed me on the map. The room was large, clean and comfortable and had a large balcony overlooking the lovely gardens. Our evening meal was tasty and well cooked and there was a nice terrace to sit with drinks before going to bed. The breakfast had a large selection to choose from.

Diese Hotel liegt schön am Wald am Rand von Freundenstadt. Zimmer war sehr sauber, mit Balkon, klein aber ganz Ok. Abendessen im Restaurant könnte besser sein. Frühstücksbuffet war ok.

Ansprechende, außergewöhnliche Lobby, viel Grün außen und ein großer neuer Innenpool sind die großen Pluspunkte. Bett und Zimmer gut, Bad mit Duschwanne zwar nicht neu, aber sauber, tolle Handtücher. Das Frühstück fanden wir zum Teil etwas lieblos, es gab nur weiße Aufbackbrötchen, nur Filterkaffee, keine Alternativen. Der Herr von der Bedienung wirkte nicht sehr motiviert bzw. lustlos.
