Staff was nice, my room was nice, the breakfast was not so good, but overall this is a great hotel and I would recommend!

The room was clean and the breakfast was great. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet.

Worst hotel ever stayed at. I realize it’s under renovations, which should have been disclosed. Looked nothing like the pics. Absolutely filthy nasty dirty. Would have left but all other local hotel were sold out with it being HOCO. So gross should not even be open. At $500 per night it was the worst most overpriced hotel ever stayed in.

8/10 ดีมาก

The room was clean and nice. The AC vent needed to be cleaned, it had mildew on it. The "closet" area was small, but we made the space in the room work for us. Staff was super friendly and very helpful.

The rooms were okay but really beat up.

They are remodeling. However they have a serious roach problem.

WAY OVERPRICED FOR THE CURRENT CONDITIONS. Zero room service. Wait until renovation is complete to book here

No one let me know the property was under construction. I could not stay there once I saw the conditions . No air conditioning in common areas and it was 107 degrees outside. I really want a refund after having to go to another rental property.

Currently under construction. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Roach crawled on my headboard. On the positive side the staff was nice. Maybe better when they're done cleaning and remodeling.

Wait a year. ZERO room cleaning. There a week and zip. A FINANCIAL RIPOFF at the moment. Should not even be allowing personnel to stay there with the extensive renovation going on.

The property was dated, the front door didn't close, there was construction, and there is a pool but no water. Staff never cleaned our room. Luckily all I needed was a bed for the night. Didn't go for amenities. They do have a decent breakfast available.

The elevator didn’t work. The room smelled like cigarettes. They had a hard time finding our reservation.

1st room we had was dirty and had a bad smell, changed rooms. Next room cleaner and smell was not as noticeable.

Frankly, terrifying. Very run-down building, minimal furniture, you push a button in the evening to summon a staff member who shows up eventually and hands you a key.

Nasty dirty hotel. Poor service at front counter. No water in bathroom for most of day. Then no hot water for shower later. Everything is dirty EVERYTHING.

Exterior signage covered by black trash bags. Large hole in the wall of my room. Shower head dangling

Older and it shows. I had to ask for a hair dryer and an in room coffee maker but had to call twice. They did manage to scrounge each of those items up . The room across the hall was wide open and no one in it. I mentioned that to them and they said no one was in that room and the. Went and closed it. Just seemed odd. I will not be staying here again

The hotel is and has been for over 1 year to my knowledge being renovated. This year was better as far as the mold being present but still under heavy contruction. Most of the hotel is not usable. They are doing an okay job putting up plastic in some areas. The smell of daytime priming, painting and just overall rehab was strong. We stayed for 5 nights on business. The breakfast was pointless. Pool is empty. There was a washer and dryer on my floor. That did come handy but the ice machine next to it had obviously been leaking for some time bc the smell was strong and made me sneeze. Last year I drove home and got our camper for our business trip, this year we stayed there. Next year I will choose a different hotel. I can see they are trying and the price reflects that but for me it just still wasn't a good fit. Also there is a heavy presents of people living there and some of them look pretty rough. I worried about our tools some. Nothing was bothered but it gives off that kind of feel.

I didn’t stay and ask for a cancellation. The picture and ad on the internet doesn’t match the premises. It was dirty and not maintained. The staff smell of marijuana and said it was another customer. The smell was very strong and lingered during our conversation. I am in the process of asking for a refund and will follow through with whoever I need to have a discussion. Thank you Jennifer Rudd

The room we had was suppose to be handicap and it was not. You could not get in the shower because it had a raised bathtub. There was roaches and ants in the room that we had to take care of ourselves. They never came to the room to get dirty towels or give us clean towels. They did not notify people that the pool was not in service and my kids was really upset so I had to deal with that. The cereal dispenser was not in working condition and most places have fruit and little muffins or cookies for there guests in the evening. I know now to ask about the pools and evening snacks, for the money I spent on the room they should have something for the guests.

The first day we stayed there, we checked in around 3:30 PM. At about 4:15 PM, a random man walked into our room using a key that had been given to him by the front desk. He immediately apologized and explained that the front desk had given him keys to our room and told him it was his assigned room. When we went down to the lobby to figure out what had happened, we were initially brushed off because the lobby was busy. Once we were finally able to speak with someone at the front desk, they apologized for the mix-up and sent us on our way. I understand it was a busy weekend, but this was a serious safety concern. Other than a quick apology and being told it would not happen again, nothing else was done to address the situation.
