The lobby area was going through renovation during my stay in Aug 26. It didn't affect the stay itself but going in and out of the building would be through a dusty area. The room is quite accurate to the picture, it was spacious and had all the essentials. The toilet is a little cramp and had signs of wear and tear. The toilet bowl had stains on the seating areas and the sink basin was leaking a little. Overall it was a pleasant stay, me and my wife enjoyed ourselves ;).

Nice and clean room. Hotel located in goi location that have restaurant and shopping around. Hotel does have amenities, nice lobby or pool, gym. Just like apartments for living. Good customer service. Comfortable bed.

This place falsely advertised that they had a free airport shuttle to the airport which is one of the main reasons I booked the property. I contacted them to organise it and they only offered us one complimentary airport pick up, despite evidence it was advertised as a free shuttle all over wotif. Moreover the property was falling apart. The shower head was not attached properly and fell off, I messaged the host to let them know and have it fixed but it wasn’t. There were also ants in certain areas. The property was not sound proofed in the bathroom so you could hear all traffic driving past and requesting things like more toilet paper was delayed on WhatsApp as the host would not reply fast. We stayed in our first stop at Ho Chi Minh and then 7 days later came back and it was a complete construction site downstairs in the lobby. The beds were comfortable and the place was special for 3 girls, for the price it was good, however images looked a lot better online.

We stayed at this property twice during our trip to Ho Chi Minh City—once when we first arrived and again after returning from Hoi An seven days later. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing for several reasons. The biggest issue was the misleading advertising regarding the airport shuttle. The property was advertised across Wotif and other booking platforms as offering a free airport shuttle service, which was one of the main reasons we chose to book. However, after contacting the property, we were told they did not provide this service. Even after I provided screenshots of the listing and confirmation from Wotif that the service was advertised, the property refused to honour what was advertised, only offering one complimentary airport pickup instead of the advertised shuttle service. When we returned after our seven-day trip to Hoi An, the property had effectively become a construction site. This was never communicated to us beforehand and significantly impacted the stay. The suite itself was also not in the condition shown in the photos. It appeared poorly built and in need of maintenance. The shower head bracket was broken and detached from the wall, meaning we had to hold the shower head while showering. We reported this during our first stay, but when we returned seven days later, it still hadn’t been repaired. There were also ants in certain areas of the room, and the bathroom was poorly soundproofed, with traffic noise from outside being clearly audible.

Modernes Apartmenthaus mit viel Komfort und gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Das Apartmenthaus ist super modern und noch sehr neu. Wir hatten die größte Wohneinheit – die Suite – gemietet und haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders positiv aufgefallen sind uns die tolle Dusche mit starkem Wasserdruck, das neue Geschirr in der Küche sowie der mobile Fernseher auf Rollen mit Netflix-Zugang. Das Bett war wunderbar weich und bequem, außerdem gibt es sehr viele Steckdosen, was besonders praktisch ist. Im vierten Stock war die Wohnung zudem angenehm ruhig. Auch der Check-in verlief unkompliziert. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist die Unterkunft dank der Küche wirklich ideal. Schön fanden wir außerdem die vielen Grünpflanzen in und vor der Wohnung, auch wenn einige aufgrund von Wassermangel leider schon etwas vertrocknet wirkten. An der Sauberkeit gibt es jedoch noch deutlichen Verbesserungsbedarf. Sämtliche Glas- und Spiegelflächen waren stark verschmutzt, ebenso die Armaturen im Bad. Die Zahnputzgläser hatten leider noch unangenehme Rückstände vom vorherigen Gast. Außerdem haben wir einen neuen Spüllappen gekauft, da der vorhandene bereits stark benutzt war und unangenehm nach Bakterien roch. Das Housekeeping erfolgt alle drei Tage, allerdings kann man jederzeit frische Badetücher an der Rezeption holen, was wir als sehr praktisch empfanden. Trotz einiger negativer Punkte waren wir insgesamt zufrieden. Der Transfer vom Flughafen war in Ordnung aber kostenpflichtig.
