Very new hotel. Centrally located with useful stores close by. The whole area is developing. Very quiet with city and Mountain Views. Bonus: roof deck with even better view and fire pits and games. Incredible hotel! I especially liked my room type. The hotel is clearly new, and the neighborhood lacks things to do BUT this is more than made up for in the very agreeable rate compared to Vancouver area hotels, and I loved that there was a grocery market on the first floor! This hotel would do well with adding a hotel bar, however, it seems like the area has strict liquor laws that might make it more of an operational hassle than it’s worth for the hotel itself. Overall definitely recommend. 5/5 stars!

From the moment we arrived, this hotel impressed us. The staff were warm, welcoming, and made a point of addressing me by first name, which was a lovely personal touch. The woman who checked us in was incredibly friendly and helpful. I wish I had caught her name because she truly made a great first impression and deserves a shoutout! Being a brand new property, everything felt fresh and immaculate. Our room was spotless, and the views of Mt. Baker from the lobby and rooftop were breathtaking, especially during sunset. A special shoutout to Alejandra, who assisted us during breakfast. Her kindness made the morning meal a highlight of our stay. Also worth mentioning for those who are dairy-free, the coffee bar had oat milk available, which is something you don’t often see at hotels. A small but thoughtful touch! My family and I used it as our home base while spending time around Vancouver and Richmond, and it worked out perfectly. If you’re planning to visit those areas, it’s well worth staying here. Just be prepared for a short drive. Highly recommend, and we would definitely stay again!
