Our room & bathroom were very clean and modern. Wi-Fi signal was good. The front desk receptionist, Jun, was very helpful with everything from food options to the Metro station and even mass schedules. Short walk to the Vatican, we’ll stay here next time we visit Rome.

This stay was wonderful! Vinny from the front desk was truly amazing! So helpful, so polite & professional & he gave us sooo much information that helped us all around, he recommended restaurants & also gave us tips on how to move around the attractions. The room itself was so pretty & clean. The only recommendation I have to give is to take euros in cash because you do have to pay the city taxes per person per day & the hotel only takes cash for this AND if you want the hotel breakfast that’s also paid in cash. I recommend this hotel 10/10!

Modern dogs in ancient city!

A real surprise! Very modern facility in lovely ancient building. For those with mobility issues, there are a few stairs to manage but there is an elevator after those to make entry doable. Staff was accommodating and very very clean.

You never know what to expect when visiting somewhere new but we were extremely pleased with our stay at boutique hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful with directions. No issues with finding the hotel and location was very convenient for getting around either by bus or taxi. Walking is an option too if you're comfortable walking 20-30 mins to places like the pantheon/trevi fountain. Vatican is just down the street. Rooms were cleaned everyday and restocked with new towels. The only thing i would make note of is that the walls are a little bit thin and can hear people in the next room sometimes or when they come in at night. It never became an issue with us but it was something we noticed. We loved our experience and would stay here again as a couple.

Urgent!!

My daughter left a Hermes bracelet and her Apple Watch on the bed at checkout. We were running late and needed to leave the room as soon as possible. We informed the manager by text message, but she never returned our call and said by text message that she was too busy. We have the location of the Apple Watch but she didn’t care. We filed a theft report in Rome, and now back to the USA we are filing another one. I am also publishing on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook the text messages, calls, etc.

This property is on the top floor of a building, and getting in requires two keys. The elevator is old-fashioned and sometimes unreliable, so you might end up climbing six flights of stairs. Occasionally, the key to the building itself doesn't work, causing frustration. Plus, there's no reception from 8:30 pm to 8 am, which made me quite anxious. I heard people shouting at night, but I couldn't tell where it was coming from, adding to my stress during the stay. However, the staff were really nice and helpful, which was the highlight of my experience.

Great location. My first time in Italy. I received a call from Arianna the manager before arrival to ensure a smooth welcome to Rome. Staff is super helpful and available. Inuit eased my anxiety by pointing out where to go and how to get around. Arlen literally walked me through booking my train tickets for my next stop in Italy. I can’t say enough of how helpful, courteous, pleasant, patient and attentive this staff was. The facility itself is literally a 4 min walk from Vatican City. I could see St. Peter’s Dome from my window. The location is central and very safe. The rooms are clean, and modern with very a comfortable bed. The mattress is like sleeping on a cloud, perfect for a good night’s rest. Walls are thin, I heard someone snoring all night, that was just for one night. They must have checked out. The good thing is it’s on the top floor so no one’s above you. I literally didn’t want to leave. I will definitely return on my next stay to Rome.

Good stay/elevator iffy

Definitely a cute hotel located on the 6th floor of an apartment building. The hotel itself was clean, except there was definitely a little dusting that still needed attending to. We had some things on the floor that got covered in dust so someone could have done a better sweep. Overall, the amenities were nice and the mini fridge prices were pretty reasonable for a hotel. Service was great and could provide a taxi within just a few minutes. The only big issue I had with this hotel was that if someone didn’t shut the elevator door all the way, it didn’t work. So being on the sixth floor, we sometimes had to walk up or down six flights of stairs, which isn’t terrible, but not exactly great when you’re hot and sweaty from exploring Rome in the summertime. Luckily it worked for bringing up and down our luggage or I would have been more upset. Overall a great stay, but I would definitely make sure that you’re in great shape before staying here, in case of the elevator being out of commission.
