We have always had good experiences at each Holiday Inn Express where we have stayed, always clean, comfortable and with fresh, modern decor, and this one was no exception, except for one detail: the morning breakfast. One heat tray was empty; the sign said their oven wasn't working - it happens. But the eggs and turkey sausage in the other two were rubbery and tasteless. The pancakes came out of their little machine very undercooked - limp and actually totally white in color!
It's a good hotel chain and we will certainly give them another try, but the breakfast at this one was a big disappointment, and that makes a difference.
