La habitación tal cual se muestra en las imágenes, limpia y cómoda, una excelente opción ya que está en unos de los mejores puntos de la ZH con una de las mejores playas y con restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia junto al edificio.

Deberían de ser más específicos en su anuncio en cuanto al costo de la limpieza no va incluido, los enseres fueron muy pocos nosotros que nos quedamos una semana y si requieres más pues es un costo extra. En cuanto la ubicación está muy bien, pero las instalaciones viejas y descuidadas.

Es un condominio, el cual fue confuso identificar la entrada ya que no tiene nombre… la habitación muy bonita, limpia, pero las instalaciones son antiguas, le falta mantenimiento en general al edificio… La ubicación perfecta, playa, bares y restaurantes a solo unos pasos! En general 9 de 10 👌

Me he quedado repetidas ocasiones y todo es de acuerdo con lo que se muestra en la publicación, en relación al precio es excelente ya que tiene lo necesario y está en un punto privilegiado de la ZH, sin embargo en esta ocasión se tuvo fallas con la regadera 🚿 poca presion de agua de ahí en fuera todo excelente De ahí en fuera todo excelente

La cocina está bien y bien equipada. Vista al mar excelente. No hay bar ni restaurante, ni recepción 24 hrs, ni es un hotel. No hay tapete para salir de la regadera. La puerta del balcón no tiene seguro.

First of all the view is amazing!! The balcony is nice, that being said the whole building is a little rundown. The pool area needs new chairs but it pool area is ok tho. There was no hot water im not sure if that was mentioned in the room description. The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable . All in all you get what you pay for . For what i paid , it was ok i would maybe go back. The location is amazing, on the beach, nice beach chairs. Solo traveler , felt safe there.

The great parts about our stay here was the location and the ocean views. The room was spacious. The not great parts about it, you have to buy your own toilet paper for your entire stay. They provide 2 small rolls. Which is great if you’re only there for one night. But we were there longer and had to buy our own or they will sell you 2 rolls for 100 pesos. We also had a leak on the AC they came to fix it but the next morning started dripping again. There is no hair dryer. Bring your own amenities like shampoo and conditioner, beach towel ( the one they provide is very big and heavy) the elevator also only one works so you have to wait a while for it to do its runs. Only 2 ppl maximum fit inside the elevator. You can’t get in this beach because of sargassum you’ll have to uber to another location.

Pontos positivos: Localização próximos a casas noturnas. Linda vista mar. Garagem muito boa. Piscina grande e com cadeiras e mesas disponíveis, mesmo na praia, para os hóspedes. Atendimento rápido a reposição de objetos faltantes e necessários. Pontos negativos: Havia muitos fios de cabelo pelo chão. Havia só uma panelinha, foi necessário solicitar uma maior. Também tive que solicitar uma máquina de café, já que não havia, embora tivesse pó de café e açucar. Recomendaria um tapete na saída do chuveiro, para conforto e evitar acidentes. Em referência aos meus pedidos, embora eu ache que deveriam estar na unidade, foram prontamente atendidos pela anfitriã, muito gentil chamada Lurdes.

Location is right at the beach and close to everything. Having an ocean view room was amazing! flea market/souvenir stores, restaurants, club/bar, supermarket are all in walking distances. We used the kitchenette to prepare simple meals and avoided eating out. The beach is well maintained despite some seaweeds. The condo building is old but it is clean. We did not encounter any issue, except the 2 elevators can only carry 2 people each and 1 elevator was not working during our stay.

The room is not what is portrayed online. The room is damaged. The bathroom ceiling didn’t even have a ceiling. It had drywall screwed together and falling apart. There was no hot water. I let maintenance know. Toilet cover was also broken every time to use the toilet I’d almost fall in. Bedsheets had holes from burns the looks of it. And stains that didn’t even look washed… along with strands of hair…. Broken furniture in the room and the TV that didn’t work. The view was beautiful, but for my entire day, I didn’t even get into the bedsheets. I felt very grossed out as well as whoever stood before me left food in the fridge, and the sink wasn’t even cleaned.

Although the location is close to the beach and other attractions, I would not recommend staying here due to major management issues. At 3 PM, I had difficulty finding my assigned room because there was no visible room number on or near the door that matched my key. I reported this to management, but the issue was dismissed and not taken seriously. At 4 AM the following morning, after returning from the club, I again couldn’t locate my room due to the same lack of proper numbering. Even worse, my key opened someone else’s door, which understandably upset the occupants. This is a serious safety concern and completely unacceptable. A security guard ultimately helped me find my room, despite there still being no visible room number. Management was made aware of these issues, yet no action was taken to correct them. This reflects a clear lack of accountability and attention to guest safety.
