**Review of Sandos Cancun**
I recently stayed at Sandos Cancun with my family of eight, and unfortunately, our experience was far from what we had anticipated. The images presented online are misleading; the resort does not have a bar by the pool, which meant we had to trek a considerable distance for drinks.
The service was disappointing throughout our stay. Despite having made reservations for dinner, we were informed that there was no table available for our group. On another occasion, we booked a table at a different restaurant, only to be told that our reservation was for six people instead of eight. When we asked for clarification, the host's response was frustratingly unhelpful, leaving us scrambling to remember the name under which we made the reservation.
To make matters worse, the food quality was subpar, with only three restaurant options available. Even during our dining experiences, the waitstaff were scarce and often took a long time to attend to us, sometimes arriving every 20 minutes.
The only positive aspect of our visit was the clear water, which was refreshing. However, I cannot recommend Sandos Cancun based on our experience. I typically refrain from voicing complaints, but this trip was, regrettably, worse than expected, and I have no plans to return.
Not worth the money trust me!!!!!
