Very bad Experience
Spend your money else where. If you want a pleasant stay so you can comfortably enjoy your worship this hotel is not it. I agree it's convenient but that's about it. The staff is rude from the concierge to the house keeping. The room was very dirty I have been in nicer 3 stars than this place. The bathroom shower was broken. There was mold everywhere. They do not give you the bed settings that you book for. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Bed bugs!! Please fix it for the sake of God!
I was there for two nights. The second night I got terrible bed bug bites. That was really bad. They should really improve the cleanliness of their rooms and make sure there is no bed bugs or cockroaches. The amount of money they charge for their rooms would be justified if there were no bed bugs! Food is good quality and the staffs are mostly good and helpful. Another issue was: I paid for haram courtyard view room but I received a room without the haram view. So they should have charged me less for not giving me the right type of room.

Hotel was good. Staff were very friendly. I booked a standard room and was pleasantly surprised when I opened the curtains to find a view of the mosque. General ameneties were fine. Breakfast was decent. Only down side was that the hotel room is very outdated. Overall would give a 4.5/5
