Convenient location, super clean and nicely decorated. We were in town to visit Tanglewood and didnt stay long enough to enjoy the area. Would definitely come back and find some time to enjoy the porch.

I had to followup with the check in procedure as I never received an email link that worked and the message was not texted to me because my telephone number was incorrect. Parking was tight and coming back after dinner the only spot available was at one of the electric car charging areas. We also unexpectedly found a personal item under one of the beds that must have been left behind by previous guests. The inn itself was quiet, on a beautiful lot/setting and interior uniquely decorated with pretty common sitting areas we enjoyed. While a little less expensive than other inns, for the cost, it's unfortunate the inn operates remotely/independently, as it would have been nice to enjoy a continental breakfast. However, overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning again!

Great location for the historic District and walkable to Tanglewood. Coffee machine, and water dispenser available 24 hours lots of little spaces to sit and relax.

This was our first stay a Hideaway, but it certainly will not be our last. Our room was well outfitted, comfortable and attractive. The building felt very secure because of the digital entry systems. The location couldn't be better for either heading to Tanglewood or for shopping downtown. This will always be our first call when thinking of heading to Lenox.

The electronic check-in was a miserable experience. No on site staff to help facilitate the process. The property and room was excellent. Even so, the check in fiasco may deter us from staying again

Very pet friendly. Beautiful rooms. Great staff yard activities and common rooms have music and games coffee and fresh water. Close to town stores. Very friendly and welcoming community we enjoyed the sumner festival and food. Our car broke down and the Lennox police department was excellent in helping us. I recommend this quaint .cozy Beautiful hideaway and town i feel refreshed and relaxed.

Great place to stay for location and was very unique. Had trouble checking in and was difficult to get ahold of someone since there was no onsite staff. They said it was a problem with expedia booking. The room itself was great and spacious - so much to do with how they had the whole place decorated. A very nice place to stay for the night.

Room was clean but first room had an odd smell - maybe summer humidity? TV did not get signal. No staff for check in but staff appeared for TV issue - quickly switched room but TV had the same issue. Atmosphere would be great for a murder mystery weekend.

Great location! Fun place to stay, lots of space for your group to hang out inside and out. We stayed in Family room- the king bed was super uncomfortable. Sent the inn an email but didn’t get any type of response. Guest service needs work.

Definitely one of the best prices around for this old inn. Plenty of living room seating and family entertainment with puzzles etc. there is a ping pong table, chess set and foosball. Quiet. There is a self-serve high end coffee machine and a vending machine. No visible staff but there are phone numbers if you have an issue. I had some trouble with the ac ( too cold) but managed fine. Bathroom small but shower is new.

Rooms were very nice and clean. The only complaint we had was that someone two doors down had three dogs with them and the owners went out one night while one of the dogs barked the entire time they were gone until almost eleven at night. Very annoying!

After a little snafu with check-in (we had completed the form in advance and never received the room number text), we were able to get checked in with the virtual front desk. The inn was clean and well appointed and centrally located. The common areas felt inviting and useful for both the adults and kids. We would stay again.

The room was fine, comfortable bed and good size bathroom, however the television in the room did not work and there is no staff at the property to contact. Everything is done remotely through text. There were limited amenities at this property other than coffee and ice. Water and snacks required purchase through a vending machine. This is a quaint old house in a convenient area of Lenox but very little available at the property.

The bed very comfortable. There were no staff to attend to rooms. Not maid service or towels. The bathroom had a claw bathtub shower which was very challenging to enter and exit. No hand rails to assist entering tub. Had vending machines for snack.

It would be more helpful if there was staff on duty. Towels in supply closet weere not available the last morning when we needed them. Coffee machine was interesting but filled with a sweetened creamer. Our room did not smell good although there was no obvious cause, maybe fireplace? That said, the room was good sized. More hanging space would be helpful since we were there a few days. Good location.

Creepy and completely lacking in service When we arrived, we weren’t given a room number and couldn’t find it through the tablet either. There was no staff anywhere in the building to help us. The room itself is honestly quite creepy, with an extremely outdated style that makes it feel cold and unwelcoming. We also have four windows facing the street, with no shutters or blackout curtains whatsoever, so there is nothing to block the bright street lighting at night. Overall, given the price we paid, this is completely unacceptable. I genuinely regret having booked two nights here.
