El hotel está muy bien pero al estar en el medio de la selva tiene algunas contras, los mosquitos, el sargazo y el hecho de que está un poco solo. La habitación estaba muy limpia y el personal fue buenísimo. La comida del restaurant estuvo muy bien.

O hotel era lindo e intimista. Localizado mesmo na praia e com limpeza excelente. A única coisa que não correu tão bem foi a comunicação com o hotel antes da chegada, uma vez que tinha pedido por algum miminho extra para aniversário de casamento e não chegaram a enviar nenhuma opção.

Beautiful property by the beach. The staff was really friendly and helpful. It’s ideally located close to many great restaurants, beach clubs, cenotes and lagoons. Staff was helpful in arranging transportation from and to the airport, they also helped renting ATVs to use in the city.

Hotel novo e incrível. Fiquei receosa pelas poucas avaliações, mas valeu totalmente arriscar. Toda a equipe foi extremamente atenciosa, o ambiente é maravilhoso, a piscina incrível e o restaurante delicioso. O silêncio e a paz que o lugar proporcionam é indescritível.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful, which sets the tone for the whole experience. Its a well designed artistic place, worth checking out . The entire grounds is like a small village, and they offer massage, a full restaurant, beautiful lounge areas.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well. The staff was always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with anything we needed. The beachfront location and ocean view were beautiful and created a very relaxing atmosphere. The hotel has a unique, peaceful vibe that made our vacation special. The only downside was the large amount of seaweed on the beach, but we understand that this is a natural seasonal issue and not something the hotel can control. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.

What a beautiful property. Perfect location on the beach. I loved the boho vibe, being able to walk straight out from my room onto my porch and enjoy both jungle and beach. The staff were amazing, massages sublime, location - you need a bike (which I hired) or download InDrive for taxi service. Breakfast was simple and the food at lunch/dinner was varied and freshly cooked. Highly recommend.

Very nice place. Great staff, pretty good food and drinks. Was a little bummed we weren’t able to go into the ocean due to the sargassum problem, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Ac in the room wasn’t the best, and we did have a few critter’s in the room, but… we are surrounded by water and trees so it was somewhat expected. Other than that, everything was great!

Amazing place, outstanding view, good beach amenities, rooms are very clean and provide you with everything. The restaurant is a little overpriced priced but that comes with the location. Easily accessible. Free parking available.

Beautiful hotel with a private beach. Our cabin was spotless and big. Very relaxing oceanview pool. Staff was very professional and helpful. They always kept in contact with me and provided tour suggestions and made sure I had everything i needed. Loved the food from their restaurant. Special thanks to Santos. Wanna go back already 😊

No son habitaciones, son bungalows sencillos con techo de palma, por tanto hay muchos mosquitos e insectos. Si hay AAC , pero al ser bungalow con materiales naturales no enfría lo suficiente. Tampoco está en la playa, es del otro lado de la calle la parte de “vistas al jardín “.

SUCH A CUTE PLACE. Clean, has AC, lovely staff, amazing location- close to everything, very good pricing, has WiFi, has parking. No complaints! Will definitely come back here again. Just a heads up, “breakfast included” is just coffee/ OJ and a bread/pastry basket- everything else for a fee. Overall highly recommend.
