Has to be the best hotel on Milos and will soon be recognized as a gem of the Cyclades. First, the property and surrounding grounds are stunning. It's accessible but super private and basically stands alone on its own cliff. The rooms are large, the pools are amazingly private with incredible views, and the common areas are amazing. The staff was probably the biggest highlight. Every single staff member did an incredible job. Couldn't speak highly enough about the gentleman who checked us in and was there for every moment of our trip. We arrived late after a missed ferry, and they were so accommodating as if it was their issue (it wasnt!). So wonderful. 10/10. We will be back.

We had a fantastic stay at Eréma and it's honestly one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever visited. The architecture, design and atmosphere are incredible, and the views in every direction are just breathtaking. It's the kind of place where time slows down and you completely switch off. The staff were fantastic throughout our stay and the suites are beautifully designed. The only thing worth mentioning is that the hotel has only just opened, so not everything was fully ready during our stay and things are coming together. The gym and one of the restaurants weren't open yet, there were still contractors around parts of the hotel and you could tell they were putting the final pieces together. I just think it's fair to let guests know this before arrival so expectations are set accordingly. I have no doubt this will become one of the Cyclades standout hotels.

Ok!!! This is an AMAZING PROPERTY!!! The looks, location and ambiance!!! THIS IS THE BEST HOTEL IN MILOS!!!! This is a brand new hotel in Milos! The facilities are phenomenal!!! The views are so relaxing! The pool is so beautiful!!! At night we stayed out watching the stars until 3 am!!! The day that we arrived by ferry my daughter got sea sick. The staff made her home made classic chicken and rice soup homemade just for her! She had two and felt amazing after the soup! I really did not wanted to leave this property! Plan to enjoy the property as much as you can! Spa service is phenomenal!!! Rent a jeep to explore the island is a must!!!! Breakfast is really good! About 20 minutes from port by car. It is so worth it!!!!! Enjoy your travels!!!!

This is genuinely one of the best, most beautiful hotels I've stayed in. The attention to detail was impeccable. We stayed in 5-star hotels across Santorini, Naxos, and Milos this trip. Milos is small enough to see in a few days, but we wished we'd stayed here longer just because of this hotel. We arrived at night after a late ferry. As we walked up the hill with our bags, two staff rushed over to help. Check-in was smooth, and our bags were brought to the room with no expectation of a tip (I gave one anyway). Staff walked us to our room, explained the amenities, and left a welcome treat that reappeared each evening. The rooms are remarkable: comfortable beds, beautiful decor, and sliding doors opening to a private patio pool. The main pool is a gorgeous, modern infinity pool with a classic Cycladic feel. When I looked for pool towels, staff found me first and said they were on the way. We almost skipped our nonrefundable $430 excursion just to stay at the hotel longer. That's how good it was. We returned early instead. Checkout was just as easy. Staff called the night before to arrange details, and even with my own car, someone still came the next morning, collected my bags, and loaded them into my car himself. They also packed breakfast to go, at no extra cost. The only downside is getting there: 20 minutes from the main part of the island, up a steep dirt road, with unreliable GPS. Drive in daylight, go slowly, and follow the signs marked "Erema" and you'll be fine.

Overall we had a great experience. The staff were helpful, warm and overall excellent. The breakfast that came with our stay was delicious and included great and plentiful options. The hotel had a bottle of champagne and a happy honeymoon cake waiting for us in our room on arrival which was a very sweet touch. I will say two things that I was disappointed with were that although we knew the property was opened only a few weeks before we arrived, the property still being worked on and not having all amenities available like the gym for example was surprising to me. Nothing on the hotels website indicated that it wasn’t a completed project, and for the amount of money we paid you would think all amenities would be available. Secondly, the road to get to the hotel is dangerous. There are no lights and it’s a broken dirt road up a giant hill. Driving at night didn’t feel the safest, it would’ve been nice to know about that before we booked the hotel. On a positive note, the hotel staff tried to accommodate us as best as they could, willing to book us a gym session somewhere else and even bringing us some equipment to our room so we could use it which was much appreciated. They also helped us get a taxi to the port after we had trouble and needed to get one asap to board our ferry to Athens. I believe that when the project is completed, Erema will be a 10/10, it just would’ve been nice to know beforehand that it wasn’t completed.

the hotel was brand new and super clean and fresh as expected. However; staff is new and not very familiar with the hotel yet. plus there were small but annoying imperfections; that need improvement. some examples: 1-pool steps are super slippery, and no hand rail. was almost having an accident and bump my head to the sharp edge of the pool. 2- the door handles are absurdly hard to open; so much so that i got stuck in the bathroom a couple minutes, until i had to twist the door knob with all my efford to just to manage to open it. 3- no place to hang and dry your wet swimwear, except the nice cloth garden chairs. 4-in reception desk; no cash money that you can exchange; no matches 5- made to order breakfast; great in theory but not appealing in practice. late service, hard to get staff to understand what you wish; like even a toasted bread is hard to get; you order plain toasted bread and they serve you an olive oil soaked and barbecue toasted ( somewhat burned) one- not exactly something you can put butter and honey on. 6- dinner; chef does not know how to cook pasta; he never mixed them with spoon while boiling so that some are stuck together and hard and not cooked at all, some were well done; it was seafood pasta and some of the mussels shells were torn and there were numerous small shell pieces in the dish; that you need to clean from the dish in every bite.
