We had a wonderful stay! The food was amazing, the front desk service was excellent, and the pool bartender was fantastic. I was upgraded for my birthday, which made the trip feel extra special. The rooftop was beautiful, and Nacho provided great service. The only area for improvement was the Idle Club bartender at night, who could have been a little friendlier. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely return!

We stayed the first week of the grand opening. The rooms were beautiful, the aesthetic was retro vibes, I was very impressed and will be returning on my next stay in the Arlington area.

Parking is non-existent. Have to park in the street which is close but not ideal. Room very clean and nice but the pillows were useless.

Absolutely loved our stay!! Pretty sure we got the wrong room but that’s okay! I booked a city view room with a king bed, but got a room with two queens and a non city view. Loved everything except the fact that the restaurant wasn’t open all day. Limited options for room service and disappointed that there was no ice machine. I know it’s a brand new hotel so maybe these kinks can be worked out. Other than that we loved our stay and will be back!

The room was excellent. The bathroom was magnificent. The bed although soft for my liking was of good quality and did not give me a sore back. There is a full size fridge in my room but no storage for clothes. One of two lifts was out of order for my three day stay.

I had the rare pleasure of staying at Caravan Hotel during only their second week open, and it was truly a treat. The staff’s commitment to hospitality was exceptional. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. I loved my room and the retro 70s vibe throughout the property. My bed was incredibly comfortable, and every detail felt thoughtful and intentional. I also enjoyed dinner at The Vandy. If you go, sit at the bar. Omar makes incredible drinks, and his energy is contagious. I could have talked to him all night. What stood out most was the people. It’s common to meet one or two amazing staff members during a stay, but I was genuinely impressed by every interaction. Whoever built this team did an incredible job. This was more than a hotel stay. It was an experience. I’m truly rooting for this place. I hope the Arlington community continues to support this beautiful hotel and guests come from near and far as it grows because it deserves every bit of success. A special thank you to Murad, Michael, Percenia, Addy, and Taquitha for making my stay so memorable. This was my first trip away from my baby, and it was exactly what I needed. I was able to rest, relax, and simply enjoy being in such a welcoming and thoughtfully curated space. I can’t wait to come back.

First be very careful and take many pictures of everything inside your room specially what they offer weather is free or not!!! I have travelled Europe, South America, USA, Eastern Europe, Mexico and have never had to deal with charges I never even did. I even wanted to pay for “free” coffee at checkout. I have called twice to resolve this and I told sorry we can only send an email to the manager. I am still waiting no corrections were made to my account. They claimed I took drinks which I did not!!! I even walked across the hotel to a QT gas station to buy ice tea and chips! The worst experience and on top I have a reservation back to back for the World Cup two nights paid ahead over a thousand dollars and they will not refund me if I cancel the reservation. So basically I am forced to stay with them stealing money from me for something that I didn’t use. So be very careful and make sure that if no refunds are available DONT BOOK.

Fantastic renovation of a classic 60's Arlington hotel. Nice retro vibe, friendly staff, great beds and fantastic bathrooms. Stayed in the deluxe tower rooms. Had to request ice via text message and never received, but bar manager was more than helpful. Free Parking but valet was extremely fast, pleasant and easy. Would stay again anytime, fun place!

Newly built hotel with all amenities and facilities so newer and cleaner. Stayed for two nights for watching game at ATT stadium, and walkability was huge advantage for time and without paying ride share or taxi. Fire alarm lit and boozed nightly due to inaccurate installation of alarm near AC unit. Brand new hotel just opened without all examination, so understood unknown accident might happen. We will revisit if we have chance even though we had very unique experiences during this stay.

It’s disappointing to have to leave this review because the hotel is generally nice. However we recently stayed here and my friend left some clothing in the wardrobe and unfortunately it’s impossible to get them back. There is not phone for the hotel and only to management office, who tell you to email, after several emails we get no replies. This has gone on for over a week. Outside of that, we got served what felt like very old salmon in the restaurant which my friend believes made him unwell. Regardless, we hope this hotel will respond so we can get the left behind items returned.

8/10 Very good

While the hotel is beautifully redesigned and the decor is great, only two drawbacks for why I didn’t rate it 5-stars. Otherwise I would have rated it 5-stars. The valet situation is a nightmare tbh and it is required (which is fine) but if required and charged $30/day, it should function somewhat smoothly and efficiently. Every time we pulled our car or dropped it off, it was like a three-ring circus with a minimum wait of at least 20 minutes, even when not busy. It was as if the valet guys had no clue what they were doing, were just hired yesterday and most did not care. The second reason I rated it 4 instead of 5, pertains to the toilet paper. Yes, petty but it was 1-ply and horrible!!! Nice linens, nice towels, nice shampoo, etc., and toilet paper so thin it was somewhat translucent. Otherwise the hotel stay was great! We also had dinner at The Vandy and it was phenomenal! The hostess seemed lost or verbally medicated as we asked her a simple question about switching tables and she literally went silent for over 30 seconds just staring off into space saying “um” repeatedly, I had to ask if she needed to ask anyone else to get an answer while we awkwardly stood there waiting for the most basic of questions to be answered. However, the food, again, was fantastic! I had the beef wellington - 5 stars one of the best I’ve ever had! The rest of the table loved their food as well, fried chicken 5*s, salmon 5*s, filet medallions 5*s, and the French onion soup 5*s, loved it!

They had all the entrances blocked off except for one and then had cars parked in the fire lane. Valet only. Didn’t have the room I reserved. Standing water in the shower with long brown hair in it
