Excellent hotel.

This was an excellent hotel. Absolutely spotless, massive room and had everything we needed (we had a small kitchen area). Not too close to centre of Frankfurt but it’s a nice walk. We never took public transport at all.

An excellent apartment hotel

We couldn’t have been happier with our experience at the Living Hotel. The apartment was spacious, the bed very comfortable, the kitchen adequate and the corner aspect bright and airy. There’s no reception as such, but there seems to always be someone available if you need assistance. All the workers who we had contact with were extremely helpful and pleasant. If there’s one negative to point out, it’s the breakfast. Although it looked fairly good, at €19 it’s just too expensive. Fortunately, however, it the same building there’s an excellent supermarket.

Bad smell in bathrooms. Poor temperature control. No gym. No parking except paid parking next door. Worst part is rude staff. Insanely expensive breakfast. Multiple fire alarms in 1 week because its tied to another public building... woke me up in middle of the night

Don't arrive after 12AM! = no room

After a long day of travel, I arrived after 12 AM, the hotel refused to check me in. They stated it was their rules, even though I had a prepaid booking from the day before. It was almost 1 hour later I was able to find another hotel given the majority of the city was booked. I will never book this hotel again.

When we checked in I was abut warm and crabby from our drive to Frankfurt. Marianne was so kind and pleasant my crabbiness was going away. We got to our room and WOW beautiful spacious room. All of the extra touches were amazing ( coffee beans, grinder and pour over coffee pot). I turned our AC down to the lowest temperature. After awhile it still felted warm in the room. I called Marianna asking for a fan. She checked with Pierre and they did not have a fan. I asked about another room. She showed me the other room and it didn’t feel like it would cool down. We agreed I would wait another 30 minutes to see if our room would cool down more. About 15 minutes later Marianna is at our door with a fan. I smiled and hugged her. My new friend! Pierre comped us the breakfast buffet for our troubles. My husband and I came down to the lobby asking for dinner recommendations. Marianna and Pierre gave us recommendations but we decided to just go to the grocery store next door. The store was amazing. We came back to the lobby and I think. Arianna waited for us to say goodbye before she went home. We hugged goodbye. The next morning we came down for breakfast WOW. Amazing breakfast buffet. We met Lina, who was working that morning. Lina was also amazing. Smiles, kindness and simply an caring person. She checked if we needed a taxi to the airport. I opted to call Uber instead. As we waited for our Uber she gave us some chocolate. We hugged goodbye. I felt like we were treated like family 🤗

Sauberes und Modernes Zimmer

Wir haben schon ein paar Mal in diesem Hotel übernachtet, und wir sind bisher gut zufrieden. Check-in ging reibungslos. Das Zimmer ist sauber, modern und geräumig. Man bekommt kostenloses stilles Wasser und die Flasche kann man selbst nachfüllen. Checkout war einfach; mann muss nur die Zimmerkarte in einem Box einwerfen.
