The breakfast buffet was a little underwhelming but Ray came through for my wife who has a lot of food allergies. he went out of his way to make her breakfast delicious and satisfying. The location is really good, close to metro train station and lots of jeepny's close by if you want to go a short distance. Our room did not have any windows which was a suprise but it seemed clean enough and the shower got hot water quick! I would stay here again if I needed to be in this part of Manila.

The staff were very friendly and always greeting us with a smile. The breakfast was a great addition to our stay because the food was good and unlimited and the pool though a little on the smaller side made up for it with clean and clear water which was nice and refreshing after a hot day in the sun.

Excellent buffet breakfast, the kids love the kiddie pool. It is close to Deca Mall where the kids go everyday to the playhouse and come back to a quiet, comfortable, secure hotel. Hotel starr is easy to work with.

Huge upgrade from last stay. We got upgrade this time due to a pest to ncidentntte first night. This time no complaints. No bugs or other incident. Room was keept in perfect shape alwayes clean. Nothing but a 5 star experience and i can really recomend the room service foid. Ublide grab you get proper utencils abd plate. The staff is here is the trestemt assets and why we keep comming vack
