Enjoyed a great stay at this hotel, comfy beds and linens, clean spaces. Provided pajamas and slippers for the on-site onsen which we used each night! It was busy at times but most people were quick in and out of onsen. Central location, although in the heart of the red light district, still felt safe and very easily walkable to all surrounding areas for food, shopping, and sight seeing. The check in and out process was easy and the skin care set was a lovely touch! Thank you, we would stay here again.

Had to make it to break fast room by 7.30am. Otherwise a queue formed for 15 mins or more.Breakfast was limited due to the fact that almost half the food was Japanese cuisine which westerners don't consume.

프론트가 13층에 있어서 저녁에 나갔다와도 직원분들과 마주하지 않아서 편했네요~ 로비에 있는 어매니티와 커피도 여행동안 너무 유용하게 썼어요!! 체크인 해준 직원분도 너무 친절했어요. 체크아웃은 엘레베이터 옆에 통(?)에 키 넣는 걸로 아주 편리했네요. 위치가 너무 좋아서 다음에 간다면 또 머물고 싶은 숙소입니다. 주변이 유흥가이긴한데, 관광객이니 전혀 불편함은 없었어요.
