Check in was a bit stressful, because itnwas written they accept check in only until 22:30 and we were expecting to arrive at 0:00h. It was also problematic that they were not answering the phone when calling...
But when finally they did pick up the phone, they confirmed they will wait for us. And once there it was 5 stars service - helped to get the luggage to the room and the room was very clean and comfortable.
So all in all we were happy but do recommend the management to switch to a 24/7 reception - this is at the end a 5 stars hotel.

The room i reservered was not the room i was given. When brought to staffs attention they were unwilling to correct.

During this period , I am totally book three room with my friends. But below points areakr us very disappointed.
1) The bathroom lighting very dark.
2) The water not hot enough
3) The pillow not comfortable
4) The F&B service very very BAD .
The chef not polite and the attitudes seems looking down Asian. rejected request food, the food standard not stable, only the coffer machine is good. Even the fresh juice area are not refill in well .

Building itself was fine, rooms we clean and comfortable and reception staff was doing a good job.
But all restaurants in overall were really really bad. 1/10.
quality of the food, speed of the service and sometimes lack of the basics service skills was not even close to what you would expect from Wyndham.
As a just one example, bolognese sauce was made mainly of cartilage, instead of meat.
Unfortunately there is not any other place for dinner in walking distance.
