Nice Location

The location is very convenient for buses and subways. The staff were very kind and gentle. The window keeps being closed. The large bathroom was good for relaxing. Overall, it was comfortable to stay.

I stayed for 3 nights, and while I understand that they don't change the sheets in the room because it's ecological, the room was not cleaned at all and it didn't feel clean. Also, when I returned home, the front desk staff didn't greet me, which was uncomfortable. I was looking forward to breakfast, but it was mostly Japanese food, and there was nothing that a Westerner could eat. There was no bacon, eggs, fruit, or 100% juice, so I was very Upset. This hotel is not 4stars hotel .

Good sized rooms and charming decor

First time staying at this hotel despite having been to Fukuoka several times… It’s interior decor is charming and rooms are considerably bigger than it’s neighbors but the hotel on the whole is relatively dark and the room lightings can be a little bit more brighter for my comfort level… It’s also a pity there’s no added amenities like a pool or onsen. Also it’s location just a 10min walk from Hakata Station but it’s behind the main roads so can be rather dark at night!

Good location to the train station

Check in was smooth. Front desk staff is helpful but could use a bit more tact to manage non speaking Japanese language client. The male staff are more patient and empathetic compare to the female counterparts. That is my personal encounter. Overall, it is a well located hotel. Nearby has convenience store and ramen shop which is very yummy. Rooms size is adequate if you do not have more than 2 big luggages and small baggages. Problems to hang more clothes as the open wardrobe is small. Safe box is provided and easy to use. Daily replenishment of water which is very much appreciated. Thank you for the hospitality and assistance once again to the hotel.

This time I stayed in a side room. The room was large and had a good view and lighting. The sound insulation was very good and would not be disturbed. The hotel staff are very friendly and provide prompt service. The only downside was the breakfast, which had a long wait before everyone could order one. We didn't think the breakfast was delicious ,because it was very salty and the portion was much smaller than the previous two days, and it was highly repetitive. I will still choose to stay here next time, but I will definitely not order breakfast again.

The room was OK but certainly nothing special. Same could be said about the hotel breakfast, which was not inexpensive. We found another hotel on the third day of our stay that was MUCH better (both Asian and Western items for a minimal amount more). Cleanliness was fair. Towels were cheap and not in abundance, and while they provided two plastic glasses for the bathroom, none available for cold drinks. I left a used glass out two days before it was replaced with a clean glass. Overall, I felt like the hotel was being cheap/not generous with things that could be rectified easily. The staff was all very friendly and helpful.

概ね満足です。フロントスタッフの方の雰囲気も良かったです。フロント周りが狭く、チェックインアウトのときに混雑していたのが残念でした。朝食会場のスタッフさんに、一人愛想のない方がいました。注文した料理を何も言わずにテーブルに音が鳴るほど強く置かれてびっくりしました。若いボブヘアの女性の方です。こちらがお礼を言っても無視で、感じが悪かったです。一人の方だけの印象で星を下げる理由にはならず、トータル4の評価としました。
