Todos muy amables, siempre estuvo el lunch a tiempo, el desayuno en el lugar es rico y completo, el lunch puede mejorar ya que no es balanceado pero se agradece que lo otorguen fuera de horario de desayuno

Very clean with very comfy beds. The staff is very helpful. Most of the time there is an English speaking person! I definitely recommend this place. Location is 10 minutes from central square

Nice new hotel in a quiet area, but still close to the historical plaza. The room was nice and beautiful views. Staff was very friendly and helpful and we could store our luggage while doing the Inca trail. Breakfast options were good.

Acomodação sensacional. Quarto muito bom e equipe sensacional. Ficamos 7 dias. Fica bem próximo a tudo, a rua é plana mas precisa subir uma ladeira para chegar. O café da manhã é buffet, bom, mas poderia ser melhor (opções de pães e bolos) para acompanhar os demais quesitos do hotel que é quase perfeito.

The room, bathroom and property was extremely clean and modern. The staff were very helpful. We had an early morning excursion so they had breakfast pre packed for us. Great WiFi, hot shower and there’s a restaurant on property incase you don’t feel like walking into town, which isn’t too far. Excellent property

Wonderful spot. A climb up the stone steps. Some small cars and taxis can access property. Nice interior and courtyard. Close to the central square just down the steep hill. They also carry 02 canisters. .

La ubicación es bonita y tranquila, a pocos minutos de la plaza mayor y de miradores. La habitación estaba perfecta para dos personas (2 camas), buen tamaño, bonita vista, y todo en perfectas condiciones. El baño si tenía poco espacio para reposar los objetos personales. Recomendaría que las habitaciones ofrezcan un hervidor de agua y opciones de bebidas calientes. Ya que las noches son frías y provoca una bebida caliente. El desayuno es variado, con opciones para diferentes gustos. El personal fue muy atento y profesional. Lo recomiendo!

Absolutely LOVE this hotel! First time ever I experienced such friendly and attentive staff. They were super helpful and was on top of everything. The hotel was really clean, close to everything and such a unique atmosphere. I wished I stayed here my entire cusco trip. Highly recommend 11/10

Habitación espaciosa, cama grande y muy cómoda. El baño aparentemente amplio pero un poco encajonado el wc y la ducha. Me encantó como olía el lugar y me encantó la cama. Tele grande enfrente de la cama configurada para utilizar el screen mirrow. No me gustó que vendieran agua en recepción a un precio muy elevado. Volvería alojarme aquí. Está todo nuevo y bien cuidado
