Had a lovely stay. Best hotel I've stayed in whilst visiting Belfast by a country mile. Staff were helpful and pleasant, building and decor was newly renovated and the breakfast was excellent. Worth paying an extra £20 to stay here over the Clayton or others.

Our room was fantastic, incredibly clean and the most comfortable hotel bed we’ve ever slept in. Bathroom was excellent and the room temperature was very easy to control. Friendly staff and an all-round beautiful place. Would be delighted to stay again

We had an excellent two day stay at the Bedford which was very conveniently situated for all our activities. A very comfortable bedroom and spotless bathroom, very friendly helpful staff. We didn't have the breakfast. We highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at The Bedford and wow what a hotel. The staff epitomised first class service and couldn’t do enough for you, the room was immaculate, the bathroom was warmly decorated with lovely tiling and bountiful fluffy towels in the bathroom together with complimentary water and coffee. I can’t wait to go back back just love love loved the place ! 5 star all the way

We had a lovely relaxing few days. The room was lovely and had a great view. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent . The only issue we had was on the Saturday night at around 3am the fire alarm started sounding and that woke me and my wife up. We started to get dressed and then the alarm stopped so we didn't leave the room but apart from that everything else was excellent and we will definitely stay again.

The Bedford Hotel is in a great location, opposite City Hall, Belfast. The room I had was spacious, clean and well appointed. The property has been completely renovated but still retains original features The staff were friendly, approachable, helpful and at the same time professional. The dining area is well laid out and the tables are not cramped together providing space for dining. Breakfast was excellent and the bread and pastries are baked in house and delicious. A very enjoyable stay. Booked in again for next month.

This building is an iconic building in Belfast tranformed now into a beautiful hotel retaining many of the original features and materials with a modern twist . Excellent in every way from facilities to staff. Right in the heart of the City . Brilliant stay and highly recommended to anyone visiting Belfast our just going down the road like us to take in the luxury experience for a birthday!

Just had a wonderful overnight stay at The Bedford Hotel. From the moment you walk in the front door you can see the quality this hotel has to offer. We were great by a very friendly front of house who was very informative about the hotel and its amenities. Our room was spotlessly clean with top quality linen and shower products. The tea and coffee station within the room was also well equipped. My wife even loved the fact that our bedroom had a proper hairdryer rather than one of the built in ones attached to a wall. We had lovely cocktails in the bar which had a fantastic atmosphere but was not overly loud so you were able to talk easily, I also had an excellent pint of Guinness. The beds were very comfy, a pleasure to sleep on. Our breakfast was also top quality with all the food cooked and prepared fresh, rather than being served as a buffet. There was also an excellent continental section to the breakfast which had lovely fresh fruit salads, juices, pastries, scones etc. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic overnight stay. My wife was celebrating her birthday and the birthday treat left in the room was a nice touch. We had breakfast which was really nice. Staff were very attentive. Cocktails in the bar were delicious. My only criticism would be it is difficult to access the bar internally from reception. You have to be escorted through the restaurant which felt restrictive for moving freely as a hotel guest.
