Shower water went cold quickly, clogged drain, no sink space in bathroom. Has AC, elevator & free croissant and coffee for breakfast. Close to train station. Good for a nights rest and that’s it.

This was the ideal 2 night stay for my Naples visit. I am a solo traveller, and I felt very safe here, on the top floor of the building. It is ideal for transport links, being just by the station. There are always lots of Polizia around the area, which is also very reassuring, if you arrive late at night, like myself. The apartment was very good value. It was spacious , and the bed is comfortable. The host is very attentive over WhatsApp, and the receptionist who provided breakfast tickets was very kind. You receive a ticket for a lovely coffee and pastry at their nearby cafe . This is the ideal stop if you are looking for something by the station (it’s over the road!), and if you want to explore all day and then come back to a good nights sleep . You can walk into Naples , via your breakfast cafe, and it gives you lots to see and do along the way, with the famous and best pizza in Naples on your way back to your apartment. A perfect city break. Thank you so much 🙏

total rip off, reserved a room with a balcony, when we got there, we were informed the room we had reserved was trashed by the people that were there prior, they offered us another room, smaller no balcony. Unacceptable… The manager called a hotel down the street went with us and our luggage and got a room there… He was very apologetic and said he would refund a room cost… Well guess what he never did when I called Hotels.com about getting a refund. They called the manager and he totally lied and said we refused the room… I paid for a room with a balcony and more space and they offered me one without a balcony and smaller space… Totally unacceptable.!

まずExpediaに掲載の情報が不十分。下記を掲載すべき。 ・B&Bであること、 ・フロントデスクの係員が限られた時間帯しか居ないこと。 ・ビルの最上階に掲げている名称(昔のホテル名？)が目印であること。そのビルの5階がB&Bであること。掲載されている住所だけではB&Bに到達できない。 ・夜は建物ゲートが施錠される。B@Bゲートは常時、施錠されている。 3泊のうち2泊目のルームメークがされなかった。 朝食のパン屋が閉まっていて、朝食を取れなかった。 冷蔵庫が無かった。

My first impression of this place was awful. The ceiling outside of the main door fell down in pieces, very old building like all the other buildings in Naples. The reception was never open, even though it says they are open from 8am. Strugled to contact the manager but he finally did get back to my calls and message and could offer me solution which I appreciated (left my luggage at a different place). The bathroom smells mould so much and very dirty. Interestingly very comfortable bed and pillows and clean sheets. The curtain was so thin which don't cover the whole window. The neighbour next door could easily see my bed, I couldn't have any privacy and had to keep my lights shut. Breakfast café was nice. The area is rough but ok but I wouldn't walk around really late at night. Early evening hours are ok as it is always busy .

The room is still under construction. There was gypse dust everywhere. TV installed at 6 feet in the air. Door's shower not proprely installed. No hangners in the only closet of the room. No table, no fridge, no shelf's sink, no lamp beside the beds (only the big light at the celling). The queen size bed is in fact two single bed beside heach other. They tryed to charge me twice the city's taxes and... we received only one bottle of win (was supposed to be one per night and we booked 3 nights) and it was hot. We had to complained for them to clean the room/change the towels. The sheets had blood stain on it. No duvet. Only one pillow

Camera confortevole ma il bagno è molto piccolo. Balconcino indecoroso e sporco. Colazione scarsa perché si può solo scegliere tra alcune tipologie di croissant. A Napoli mi aspetto la possibilità di avere una sfogliatella! Solo bevande calde e niente succhi. Non è previsto nulla per intolleranti al lattosio se non pagando extra. Comodo per parcheggio e metropolitana. Molto gentile la signora Patrizia che si occupa della pulizia delle camere e del check out. Consiglierei solo se non si ha alcun tipo di aspettativa.
