Really nice hotel very friendly wonderful breakfast the air-conditioning in the room is magnificent the people here are very friendly and welcoming extremely understanding and patient due to the fact that I do not speak Portuguese they are very patient and friendly welcoming and hospitable I can't imagine staying in a better place in all of São Paulo I highly recommend a stay at this hotel!!!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay in Brazil it's in the neighborhood not near the tourist areas it's more of a place where the people that work in Brazil live it was very safe the people around there are really nice really helpful and very wholesome there's a restaurant right next-door I eat there every day religiously the food is very inexpensive and the vibe was just beautiful very welcoming if you're ever in Brazil and you're looking to save a few dollars and be safe and not have to worry about anything this is the perfect hotel you have nothing to worry about as far as safety and there's many shops and stores very much shopping areas right down the street there's an outside shopping mall which made like so much easier than next time I'm in Brazil I will stay once again at this wonderful hotel! ❤️

Os funcionários tem um atendimento ímpar, super solícitos e a acomodação foi tranquila, mas tenho que deixar uns pontos aqui que percebi, mas que não me afetaram diretamente, pois fui sozinho, principalmente a questão de não ter elevador, uma família com malas e crianças iriam sofrer, e também o barulho só trânsito

Quarto limpo, funcionários bastante solícitos. Localizado no Centro de Guarulhos com tudo muito próximo. Apenas duas observações: Não possui frigobar no quarto, e não possui elevador, se ficar em um quarto no 3° andar, tem que subir uns bons degraus.

Muito bem localizado, a equipe de funcionários super prestativos e solícitos, bom café da manhã, boas instalações e tudo funcionando perfeitamente, eu recomendo fortemente. Boa localização e o quarto no geral com boa limpeza. O hotel não possui elevador e muita escada para quem tem muita bagagem. O café da manhã é simples, mas foi bom bom, apesar do lugar ser muito pequeno. Hotel recomendado somente para casais ou individual e com pouca bagagem.

O quarto estava em boas condições, o único problema é que o hotel não tem elevador e o local do café da manhã é muito pequeno, teve dia que foi preciso esperar algumas pessoas saírem para ter lugar para entrarmos.
