Simplesmente me apaixonei por esta estadia. Fui prorrogando nosso tempo de estadia e acabamos excluindo Helsinki do nosso roteiro. Equipe de funcionários super atenciosos em especial Carla. Chalet super confortável, amenities Rituals. Usamos todos os dias as saunas e as hottubes. Hospedes podem usar o parque de inverno. Ideal para familias. Cafe da manhã costuma ser farto no final de semana. Acredito que ter carro é importante para estar la pq facilita a sua mobilidade. Existem outros lugares famosos para se hospedar em Rovaniemi, mas eu acho que o Winter Park supera seus concorrentes no custo benefício. Amei muito e não vejo a hora de voltar.

Stunning place, beautiful chalets, friendly accommodating staff. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The accommodation itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. It was great that Rituals toiletries were provided. The bedding was also extremely comfortable. The park itself is fantastic, with plenty to do. We tried all the activities available during our visit and genuinely loved every single one. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. Free shuttle bus to and from Rovaniemi is such a useful addition. We used it one day to head out for dinner and simply got a taxi back, which worked perfectly. If I had one small suggestion for improvement—and it’s by no means a criticism—it would be to provide a small cloth and some washing-up liquid in the accommodation, just to make it easier to clean cups and cutlery. That said, this didn’t take away from our experience at all. Overall, this was an unforgettable stay. Everything, from the accommodation to the activities and especially the staff was just brilliant. I would absolutely recommend Lapland Winter Park and would love to return in the future.

The chalet was fabulous, clean and with everything you need. The staff were amazing and having access to lapland winter park was such a great perk. The sledding hill was a favourite of ours.

I stayed here with my two children who are 11 and 7 years old. We had so much fun. Our stay allowed us two days in the park as well which was a bonus. The accommodation was lovely and the staff left a note from Santa for the boys as I had asked which was a lovely touch. We had a forest facing room which was beautiful. It was a real bonus to be able to use the sledding hill after the park had closed as my boys loved that. They even spotted the northern lights and pointed them out to me whilst we had the sledding hill to ourselves, that was magical. We opted for the half board option and we found the food really nice and a good variety. We loved the little kota huts for warming up and toasting marshmallows. Whilst we stayed we paid extra for the boys to do the mini snow mobiling which they loved and have been asking when they can get a snow mobile licence. We liked feeding the reindeers which was a walk between going from the restaurant to the accommodation area. We found all the staff nice and helpful. We tried cross country skiing for the first time, we also did ice skating. It overall just felt like such a magical time, where we could all have fun in the snow. Although the area ticket you need to go at 6, the staff allowed me to stay with my boys until 8:30pm so I could go straight to the airport, I really appreciated that. It saved me having to go round the city for hours. I thought it was a once in a lifetime trip but now I would really love to come back and hope I do.

We had an amazing stay at Lapland Winter Park! The chalets were really well kitted out and very snug and warm. The park itself is beautiful and the activities were great fun - we all had a lot of new experiences and some great memories. The buffet breakfast and dinner were delicious. Overall we had a brilliant few days, would strongly recommend.

The restaurant staff was great, friendly and attentive. The chalets were lovely and well-equipped with all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay. The park itself was fantastic for the kids, giving them plenty of space and activities to enjoy. A great place for families.

Beautiful park, chalet and view. Service let it down. Poor check in- rushed and no separate check in. So queued with 20 day visitors. Stained bed sheet and dirty cups when we arrived. When I told reception the next morning as it was late when we went to room .She said sorry maybe put your complaints on the website!! Should be better service for the price paid

Tolles Chalet und ein toller Park. Leider waren zuviele Angebote mit hohen Zusatzkosten verbunden und es gab keine Preisrabatte für Chaletbewohner. Der Zimmerservice war nicht vorhanden. Währen des fünf-tägigen Aufenthaltes wurde das Zimmer weder gereinigt, noch Handtücher getauscht.Toilettenartikel und Kaffee/Tee Zubehör wurden auch nicht aufgefüllt. Das optionale Abendbuffet war für 2 Erwachsene und einem Kind mit 125€ noch einigermaßen akzeptabel. Obwohl es jeden Tag den selben Nachtisch gab. Aber zu Weihnachten kostete das Abendbuffet 197€. Das war völlig unangemessen und den Preis absolut nicht wert. Zumal nur Automatenäfte, Wasser und Kaffee bzw. Teebeutel im inbegriffen waren. Dennoch war das Personal sehr freundlich und als Highlight könnte man den Park nach offizieller Schließung noch benutzen. Diverse Schlitten, Skier, Schlittschuhe waren vorhanden. Der Busshuttelservice zum Weihnachtsmanndorf oder in die City könnte etwas öffter angeboten werden, denn eine Taxifahrt schlägt mit Hin- und Rückfahrt mit ca. 100 - 160€ (je nach Unternehmen) zu buche. Dennoch ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt den wir wirklich genossen haben.
Glögi ist sehr lecker und zu empfehlen
