This is a completely new facility in an old warehouse district of Sakate on Shodoshima. Right on the water, the views from the hotel are stunning. The staff is courteous, helpful, and professional. The rooms are spacious, with sitting areas and balconies, but also a bit quirky in design. We had one dinner at the hotel and two breakfasts. The food was excellent--and reasonably priced. I would happily return to this hotel, given the opportunity.

Great new hotel. Rooms are big and well equipped. We stayed in a superior bunk room as a couple and there were two king sized beds and two bunk beds. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook or reheat food and a washing machine was provided. The balcony was big and the views over the water were stunning. There was also a big comfy sofa in the room. Reasonable but slightly limited breakfast that was the same every day. Free unlimited drinks were available every day from 3pm and all night that included gin, wine, vodka etc that we drank on our balcony. This was a great unexpected extra! Overall a really lovely hotel.

great hotel that really, really loves QR codes We stayed one night (Oct 21–22), and I have never scanned so many QR codes in my life. This hotel has gone all in on high tech: check-in, the Wi-Fi, breakfast, check-out, even the door to your room, all QR codes. Check-in, to be fair, wasn't any faster than a normal front desk. Thankfully, there's a staff member on hand to rescue people like me when the self check-in wins. If you're not used to this kind of setup, it can turn into a bit of a workout. Now the important part: everything else is genuinely great. The quality is great throughout and the scenery is beautiful. The room also has a Bluetooth speaker, which is a great thing to have: beautifully designed, with great sound. Put on some music after a day of exploring and it's easy to relax. Once you're done scanning, it's a lovely place to stay. Recommended. Just bring a charged phone and a little patience. I wanted to give it full marks, but some of the points are still scanning.
