So this is rather mixed review. The room and the bed itself were comfortable enough. However, in the darkness, I turned off the hot water heater power and didn’t realize that. This was Saturday morning and when I realized I had no hot water, I emailed numerous times and attempted to call the customer service number. Finally on Monday I called reservations and they were able to help understand the situation. So for three days, I had no hot water and no communication.
