It is ok for the price you are paying. It has a perfect location in center Gante. But the bed has a bad matress, grey sheets, poor water pressure etc.

Overall I was satisfied with the place for the price. It’s located in the centre so very convenient to walk around if you are only here for a day or two. The washroom had some smell coming out from the sink/drain but it wasn’t a big deal if you close the door. The instructions were clear but the host doesn’t

I had a terrible experience with this place. I told them I'd be arriving in the middle of the night more than 24 hours in advance, and despite sending numerous messages, I never received the access codes. I was left stranded late at night, unable to resolve the issue. The next day, I filed a complaint and requested a refund. Three weeks later, I'm still waiting for a response, and all they say is they're reviewing it. The service and communication with this property were terrible. I definitely do not recommend it.

De kamer (op de bovenste 3e verdieping, te bereiken via een smalle en steile trap) was heel schoon, bed fris en schoon, matras lekker zacht. Badkamer schoon en nieuw, maar alles beetje scheef en simpel gemonteerd, wel alles aanwezig, zelfs een föhn in de lade. Waterkoker en 2 bekers aanwezig, dus neem theezakjes mee. Locatie kan niet beter, midden in het centrum, in de winkelbuurt, op een steenworp van de kathedraal. Communicatie met de beheerder heel snel en gemakkelijk (in het Engels) via Whatsapp. Men krijgt een pincode voor de voordeur en een voor de kamerdeur, wij mochten al om 14.30 naar binnen, nog vóór de officiële inchecktijd.
