This hotel was absolutely disgusting the smell in the rooms were awful so bad we couldn’t stay there they said they would refund but didn’t, the pool was broken the aircon didn’t work and it was gross

The room had a lot of damage, and the AC stopped working after a few hours. We were put in another room the day after. The rooftop pool is small. However, the AC workspace up there was pretty chill.

Inexpensive, great location to local Da Nang neighborhoods. Shops, restaurants, services (laundry, massage, barber), cafes all close by. Be aware the gym equipment is in the back of the lobby, the sauna was not reachable, the pool needed to be serviced, and the pool lighting would randomly come on or off. The restaurant had a Western only menu and was cash only for payment. Not a deal breaker as many of the businesses close by are cash only (or Viet bank transfer), but we expected the hotel accept cards, which is on us for not knowing - now you know. The staff was very friendly and helpful, allowing us a late check out, which eased our transition to our new apartment that wasn't available right at checkout time.

Communication was very difficult; none of the receptionists speak English, and even using a translator didn't help much. I don't understand why they don't use the air conditioning at reception—it's inhumane—and the air conditioning in the room doesn't work.

朝起きたら蛇口から熱いお湯しか出なかった。 トイレの構造がドアとかぶって、使いづらかった。 レセプションがバイク置き場と共用で、雑然としてて汚ない。 プールがいつも故障とか、使用不可とかで、全然ダメだった。

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Rest Hotel, Da Nang I had a wonderful stay at Rest Hotel and ended up extending my visit because I enjoyed it so much. The reception staff were outstanding always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with any questions or requests. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. A special thank you also goes to the security guard, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and always greeted guests with a smile. Small gestures like these make a big difference and show how much the hotel cares about its guests. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which was greatly appreciated during the hot and humid Da Nang weather. My room was comfortable, clean, and cool throughout my stay. One of the highlights was watching the spectacular fireworks from the rooftop. The views were amazing and created a memorable experience that I will not forget. Mini mart near by with local street food only a few steps away. Rest hotels a nice place and a quick trip into town 10. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable.
