The hotel has many wonderful little touches, like the afternoon cookies and the ReFa showerhead. The only thing that wasn’t very comfortable was the mattress. The mattress wasn’t too firm, but just wasn’t comfortable, and we didn’t sleep well at night. Everything else was excellent, and the staff were very friendly.

Welcoming staff, clean modern rooms, great library/lounge area to hang out in with drinks, snacks and books to read. Online check-in was easy, and even got a pop up notification at the check-in booth letting me know I got a package delivered there. Excellent place to stay opposite a Lawsons and easy walk from Sapporo Station. Would definitely stay there again.

We LOVED this place. It has a “library” theme in the common areas, which really do feel like being in a beautiful public library. It has coffee and tea available all day, with “sweets” time (free Hokkaido cookies) in the late afternoon and cocktail hour in the early evening. It also has the most *amazing* breakfast buffet, with dozens of different dishes emphasizing local Hokkaido dairy products and beef. We were here for two nights and the breakfast dishes were different again on the second morning. The room was great too, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and location was convenient to the station and to central Sapporo. We would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient hotel located at a 5 minute distance from the North Exit of Sapporo. The rooms are good with good amenities - special call out to the quality of beds and pillows which were really good in ensuring a good night sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful. Their lobby is on the first floor along with a small lounge/library and their breakfast area. I had breakfast only on one day - the spread for a vegetarian like me was limited. The only (slight) irritant is that the lifts always stop at the lobby level while going up even if you want to go directly to your room. Possibly this is the hotel way of monitoring the use of the lift. but would definitely the hotel for its overall convenience

The staff took such excellent care of us, doing all possible to accommodate requests and assist as needed. Would have loved more fresh fruit choices for breakfast, but there were plenty of other stuff on the spread.

A nice room. Clean and comfortable. The toilet is by itself in a very narrow little room, which can be an issue if you're larger or have mobility problems. The hotel is about three blocks from the station, so it's convenient.

El personal es bastante atento, la propiedad está muy limpia y en buen estado. La ubicación es bastante céntrica porque se encuentra a cuatro cuadras de la estación principal de Sapporo. El único pero que le pondría es la comunicación del personal, ya que nos dijeron que en el lobby había snacks y bebidas de cortesía y cuando fuimos solamente eran los snacks. El desayuno es bastante completo y muy rico.
