Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit im Riad Amanar. Hasan war sehr freundlich und hat uns bei der Buchung von Unternehmungen unterstützt. Das Riad ist wunderschön und eine Oase der Ruhe im Trubel der Medina.

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich von Hasan in Empfang genommen. Uns wurde alles erklärt und das Zimmer persönlich übergeben. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Hasan und wurden immer mit seiner hilfsbereiten Art unterstützt. Das Frühstück wurde uns immer am Tisch serviert, welches wir auch sehr genossen haben. Hasan dir und deinen Damen ein herzliches Dankeschön für die Zeit bei dir.

Our stay in this beautiful riad was simply unforgettable. The location is excellent, central yet pleasantly quiet, making it perfect for relaxing. We would especially like to highlight the delicious breakfast, prepared with great care every morning and leaving nothing to be desired. A big thank you also goes to Hassan and the entire team. Their exceptional friendliness, helpfulness, and attentiveness made our stay truly special. Thank you for everything.

Wir waren für 3 Nächte in diesem wunderschönen Riad. Alles war perfekt, Hasan und sein Team sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Hasan spricht hervorragend deutsch, auch das war sehr hilfreich.

Lovely quiet riad with a comfortable bed and great breakfast. Hasan was an excellent host. The location was on a main road, which is convenient for finding the riad and for taxi pickups. Within 1 minute walk you are deep in the lanes of the medina.

An excellent choice in Marrakech!

Our Amanar stay has been one of our best, among our many travels. The location in Marrakech was perfect - inside the Medina without being in the busiest or pedestrian-only parts of town. The house itself is beautiful, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The service was perfect. Hasan made sure that absolutely everything was smooth for our stay both inside the riad and while out in town. The breakfast was always freshly made and delicious, served perfectly at the poolside and a nice mix of Moroccan and Western food. Do not doubt a second about staying here. It was an extreme value for the money invested and was a highlight of our Marrakech visit.

By far the worst accommodation we have stayed in. We stayed in the pistachio suite, where the AC was not working, the plug socket in the bathroom did not work, there was a terrible smell in the room which they staff tried to mask with a diffuser. We felt sick from the smell and chose to air out our room by leaving the windows and door open, which led to flies coming into the room. There was only one iron available in the entire complex, which meant that it would constantly be removed by staff the following day and we would have to constantly request it back. Not to mention, there was no iron board available and so we were left with no choice but to iron on the bed. Our bedsheets were never changed once, and when we complained they said it needed to be requested, and then lied and said they changed it. We noticed by the third day the shower was not draining. We complained in the evening, and only 24 hours later did they choose to “resolve it”, or so we thought. The next day, we were told to test the shower, which led to the entire bathroom and even bedroom to flooding. Whilst we were relocated to another room, the staff from this point made us very uncomfortable, constantly sitting outside of our rooms in the courtyard. We were declined late checkout as they said they had guest checking in early. We were forced to sit in the courtyard for hours, where we saw guest finally check in to our room at 4:30pm. Once again, we were lied to. Do not recommend! Far from 5*!
