Esperienza positiva, struttura ubicata nel cuore di Malta. Personale disponibile ed educato. Piscina ottima e con vista scenografica. Ci ritornerei.

Check-in was pretty slow. They could do with some process improvement there. Apart from that, everything was fine. No complaints.

There was major construction work being carried out which was never advised and very noisy drilling started at 8am every morning and went on until 5pm every day 6 days a week. This meant very poor sleeping.

The staff were extremely helpful, however the WiFi sucked bad. It didn’t reach every room. Sometimes I had to come downstairs or stand by my door to get WiFi signal

Despite all the work going on at the hotel the vibe at the pool was very good, nice music. The only negative review I have to give about the hotel was when I did my booking it said breakfast was free but when I did the check in I was told it would be extra, bit misleading information from hotels.com however loads of really good cafes/brunches close by that serve amazing breakfast options

Staff at the receptionist was the worst. I paid the taxi fee there but i had to pay another fee to the taxi driver. HE HAS TO BE EDUCATED.

This hotel is clean and modern. They are still building the hotel and construction noise starts around 8 am! Our room faced out onto the busy street so as well as the street noise we also had to contend with people coming in from 2 am to 5.30, the way the corridors are the noise travels. Surprisingly no kettle in the room, but great air con, mini fridge and hair dryer with diffuser. Rooms are modern and clean. Pool area clean and drinks/food good. Major let down if you have a late flight, no shower room. Advised to use showers at pool, men only had option of pool showers outside and women’s showers were open, no cubicles and in the middle of the busy toilet area! Most hotels have a designated space or allow 30 min slots of booking a room to get changed in. Would we stay again, definitely not but if your a group of young people it’s ideal. Pool scene is great with DJ and people even pay to come as day guests. Pool towels free and available all day.

Building incomplete, the halls weren’t air on so very warm; unable to adjust air conditioning in the room so it was very cold at night…. Only stayed one night, all things considered this was ok & great location.

Hôtel en chantier , du coup beaucoup de bruit dès le matin beaucoup de va et vient dans le couloir , de la poussière et des bêtes sur la terrasse , des fuites au niveau de la douche et des joints de la fenêtre . Y a du potentiel pour l’avenir , mais y a encore pas mal de chose à améliorer .

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura per 6 notti e l’esperienza è stata nel complesso positiva. Il personale è sempre stato disponibile, gentile e pronto a soddisfare le richieste, dalla reception alle signore delle pulizie ai piani. La posizione è molto comoda per muoversi a St. Julian’s, con asciugamani cambiati quotidianamente. Va però segnalato che l’hotel è in fase di ristrutturazione e non siamo stati informati prima della prenotazione o del check-in: una spiacevole sorpresa, anche se al nostro reclamo lo staff ha cercato di rimediare con disponibilità.

It was just too loud! Construction both outside and inside. Often there was building and drilling going on till the evening. To drown out the noise, the music by the pool was also very loud and so relaxing by the pool was very challenging!
