The hotel has not returned my incidental refund yet. I checked out September 20 and it's now October 5. I was told 3 to 5 days and still haven't received anything, now their saying 10 days. Today is 10 days and I don't have no refund in my account.

the photos are so deceiving 😭 it’s ok because of the price and the kitchen, but you really get what you pay for. This is not a new hotel. Definitely old but remodeled, unfortunately the carpets still smell terrible. The beds were not very comfy and the sheets had a bad odor. The employees didn’t greet me at any point during my entire stay. The location was the scariest part. The parking lot is not lit which is illegal. There were homeless people on drugs walking around the front. It did not feel safe. This says winter park but it’s on the outskirts, definitely not winter park vibes.
