Location is great. There!s parking but it’s a great walkable neighborhood close to State Street. Cute studio with everything we needed. a terrific value too. We will definitely stay there again!

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Rivera! The place was perfectly clean and well taken care of, which made it so comfortable and welcoming. Communication with the host was excellent, always quick, clear, and helpful. The location couldn’t have been better, close to everything I needed while still feeling peaceful. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Really beautiful new renovated property. The space is very modern and nicely designed with fully updated bathroom and kitchenette. Very accommodating with my dog and with offering a solution when the parking structure was being repaved. Close to the beach and shops, restaurants. Would definitely stay here again in SB!

The property is so clean and new, exactly as pictured. Well appointed and had everything we needed, plus extras like a toothbrush for our son who forgot his. The location is so close to everything, but quiet because it’s not right on State St.

Classic Santa Barbara exterior with contemporary interior. Very clean, lovely view of Santa Barbara hills from balcony. Comfortable bed with fluffy comforter. Nespresso w/pods a nice touch. Mini kitchen w/refrigerator & microwave. A couple blocks from State St. Everything in "like new" condition.

Room was perfectly located a few blocks from all of the shops! Easy parking, comfortable and clean room and loved having a mini kitchen. The TV had chrome cast and even the skylight windows had shades!
