Terrible customer service
I booked a business trip for three of my employees through and was only given the option to put one name in. Unfortunately circumstances changed and the employee who I was able to list did not go on the trip. The hotel staff refused to allow either one of my other adult employees to check into the room I booked and refused to let me change name even though I booked and paid for the room and my card was on file. They would not help with a resolution and insisted I could only get help through the booking company. I had to pay for a second room for them to be able to stay because they refused to help with a resolution. I contacted the booking company to cancel the other room and get a refund and was told they have to contact and get approval from the hotel.
I finally got a response that the booking company was unable to reach the hotel so they can’t approve a refund.
I am severely disappointed with the hotel and am frustrated with the lack of resolution as I have never had an issue with any booking through hotels.com in the past.
I do not recommend this hotel
