Very rude staff, no towels in room and they didn’t want to provide them, dirty grounds and dirty place. Relatively close to French Quarter which was the purpose of our stay.

Ok overall needs more breakfast options and a little more renovations. Food has light odor not sure how they will get rid of that overall it’s ok

The Room wasn’t ready when we deed the check in at 4 pm. The bathroom was kinda dirty. Asked for cleaning room service and in 3 days they didn’t do it. Breakfast was poor, had to go to other places to eat.

They have a good taco place down the street it looks kinda sketchy but the hotel is a good place nothing was happening seemed very calm it just LOOKS a little scary

The breakfast was only available from 6-9am which most hotels stay open until 10am. There were fights outside of my hotel room at 3 in the morning. The facility was dirty, the room was worn out. The sheets had red stains on them. The keycard kept resetting.

Breakfast ends at 9 when most places on the weekend ends at 10. Had water come in room either from storm or ac. But the beds was comfortable. And the 50 fee sucks wasn’t made aware of it. They withdraw it quickly but have to wait 4-5 days for return not fair

It could get better
The overall stay was okay because I’m a very simple person.
My main drawback was the cleanliness.
The room had a moldy smell and the bathroom had stains with mold and gunk.
I didn’t take any pictures but it’s something that needs attention.
Also, the breakfast didn’t have some of the food (yogurt, orange juice) and it wasn’t replaced.
If they want better reviews, that should be addressed.
