Extremely convenient location just outside Terminal 2 — perfect for transit stays. You can check in using your arrival ticket together with a departure ticket for a future flight, which makes it very flexible. We stayed twice (12 hours and 4 hours) due to arriving in the middle of the night and departing late in the evening, and it worked out perfectly both times. The rooms were spotless and well maintained, and the staff were excellent — friendly, efficient, and very professional. The only downside was the breakfast, which didn’t fully meet our expectations. A few more pre-packaged options like muffins or granola bars would have been appreciated.

Spotless rooms, courteous staff and excellent location. I am using it for the second time in last 15 days. One suggestion is to speed up the check in process. Yesterday, it took almost 20 mins to scan the luggage and check in. I had booked it earlier on the same day and it may have contributed about 5 mins extra to find the booking. See if you can cut down the whole checkin process to 2 or 3 mins.

Well worth booking for the 'Hours You Want' its 24/7 as flights at Bengaluru com in at all hours. You can book 4/8/12 hours. Right in the Terminal. Good size room and large bed. Good shower, room very clean and comfortable. Food was good in the end although we arrived after 9pm we managed to get a nice Pasta dish before going to bed. Note: Only Soft Drinks available.

Rooms are clean. Location is convenient. It would have been wonderful if we were able to enter/leave the hotel without exiting the building (there is a door inside the building but it is closed). Paper work took longer as they were taking photo copies of passport and other documents. Is it really needed for short stay like 4 hours? Think of making it faster. I would definitely be staying again to recharge before or after the long flights.

Incredibly bad experience at 080. I’m writing this at 03:30 in the morning while a false fire alarm blares. We’ve been told by reception to just wait until someone fixes it. When we checked in at 20:00 last night, a large group was arriving at the same time. The security (bag X-ray and metal detector) was completely overwhelmed it. It took us 45 minutes to get in and get the key to our room. For an expensive transit hotel that charges by the hour, this is completely unacceptable. We should have stayed at the Airport Taj—it’s not in the terminal building but it’s almost as close.

I was booked for 4 hours. I was trying to take a nap. An hour into the nap one of the staff rings the bell, by mistake it seems. My sleep was disrupted after that. When I checked in, I was checked by a staff. When I went in, the inside showed disbelief that I could be a guest. They had to verify outside to confirm that I was indeed a guest.
