2 nuits dans l'établissement à 2 jours d'intervalle : la première impeccable. La 2e : chambre avec un lit king-size et canapé-lit, très inconfortable pour 1 personne, au lieu de 2 lits Queen size alors que nous étions 4. Ma réservation était conforme mais l'hôtel avait reçu une réservation pour 2... sans doute erreur de compréhension entre 2 lits et 2 personnes. Le réceptionniste ne voulait rien savoir car il se fiait à sa réservation. J'ai dû me débrouiller pour appeler la plate-forme de réservation en anglais avec des menus à n'en plus finir et avoir en ligne un opérateur qui s'est révélé être de l'IA... Finalement, nous avons obtenu une 2e chambre car pas de quadruple disponible mais cela nous a pris les 2h de fin de journée et nous a privés de la visite de Tucson.

Our room was on the side where most rooms were closed off and very little people on our side. Hygiene products they offer is really cheap and doesn’t smell good, so take your own. The floors were dirty and can use a deep clean. The house keepers never made it to our room side and took 4/5 hours to bring fresh towels and toilet paper to our side. We reserved our room because there was a special on Hotels.com. We were visiting family and just wanted a safe, clean room to stay in. It was well worth it. It was not a five star hotel, nor did we expect it to be. The staff was very helpful and we will go there again. They are still upgrading the hotel, so be patient. They are doing everything they can to improve and we appreciated their transparency and effort.

Bed sheets and towels where clean didn’t see any bugs so if you need a bed and shower that’s what you get everything else is very sketchy. I don’t think the carpet I’ve ever seen a vacuum cleaner, but all in all for the price of pain you get what you pay for.

This is my worst experience ever. The lobby is barely recognizable when you first enter, not to mention there was basically no signage to indicate the hotel. The hotel lobby is so dark and empty, EXTREMELY SKETCHY we only saw one staff member our whole stay. Took us a good 20 min to check in, and after finding our room we found it was small, cramped and so nasty everywhere. Stains everywhere, on the carpet, on the walls, and hair on the bed. It appears that this hotel has gone by many different names, and is a redesigned (very badly) room if the old hotel Ramada by Wyndham. The security bolt on the door was ripped off and there were blood stains underneath the sink. Felt so unsafe. Despite its convenient location off the i10, DONT BE FOOLED, STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!

Check in was quick and courteous. Hotel is aging and had a slight unpleasant odour both in the lobby and our room! Other than that it was a pleasant stay..

The room is clean and up to date. The only glitch was my hotel paperwork showed only 2 adults instead of including our 11 year old daughter as i listed on orbitz. Otherwise, its been good.

3 rooms had mold. My son had an allergic reaction and an asthma attack on the first night due to the mold. My brother and I also We also learned that key fobs issued opened other rooms not issued to us. We ended up going to a different hotel for health and safety reasons.
