Avoid this property at all costs.
This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. The room had multiple maintenance and safety issues, including broken door and window handles, a damaged bathroom tile, and exposed holes near an electrical circuit. There was also a persistent cigarette smell while the air conditioning emitted a foul odor throughout our stay.
Sleep was virtually impossible due to loud music from a neighboring room, constant plumbing noise, and extremely poor sound insulation. When these issues were reported, nothing was done. Reception was unavailable, the online chat was unresponsive, and the owner took no action despite being informed of the problems. The complete lack of support, accountability, or effort to resolve any of the problems was shocking.
We also realised surrounding area was unsafe, with a reputation for prostitution, late-night drinking venues, violent crime and dirty. The photos of the property and its surroundings were also misleading and did not reflect the reality of the location.
Between the safety concerns, bad smells, sleepless nights, misleading listing, and total lack of response from management, find somewhere else and save yourself!
