One of the best experiences of my life. The island is fantastic, and the bungalows are extremely comfortable, with high-quality linens, an incredible view, plenty of privacy, and a unique design that gives you the impression the sea is inside the room. The food is excellent, with creative and flavorful dishes. The service is very good, and all the staff are very attentive and helpful. The beach facilities are great, and you can choose whether to stay at the tip where there is music or in other quieter areas of the beach with no noise at all. The hotel also provides kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, water shoes, and snorkeling gear at no extra cost. We stayed for four days and felt right at home. I will definitely be back.

A place in paradise This is a place connect and enjoy nature and tranquility. If you’re looking for a place to party this is not for you. The island is small and there are only ten rooms, surrounded by turquoise water. The staff are so kind it make you feel that you are part of a big family. They provide free transfers between Cartagena and the island. The food is delicious and well made. Corona beers are readily available on the island. They also offer free activities such as snorkeling, kayaking, and big board. The rooms are clean and nice. There are all kinds of birds, including peacocks and parrots. We stayed three nights and we loved it. It’s like a dream come true.

Uma das melhores experiências na Colômbia! A ilha é bem privativa com poucas pessoas, a praia é uma delícia de passar o dia, disponibilizam caiaque, stand up, Corona liberada o dia todo, a comida é muito gostosa, as aves soltas na ilha e os macaquinhos me encararam. Já estou querendo voltar. Uma informação importante que acho que já deveria constar antes mesmo de reservar o hotel, a saída para ilha acontece às 7 da manhã com retorno às 15 horas no outro dia.

Wir haben dieses Juwel in mitten der ganzen Tourispots auf den Rosario Inseln gewählt und wurden mit dem Transfer am Hafen direkt in Urlaubsstimmung gebracht. Die Insel ist klein, perfekt und wir haben unsere 4-Nächte sehr genossen. Das Essen ist sehr hochklassig und man bekommt für sein Geld neben dem Frühstück zum Mittagessen und Abendessen ein 3-Gänge Menü geboten. Die Speiseauswahl ist klein, für mich als Vegetarier gab es deshalb nicht viel Auswahl. Als wir angesprochen haben, dass ich weder Fisch noch Fleisch esse wurde uns mitgeteilt der Koch würde sich mit uns in Verbindung setzen um Optionen zu besprechen. Das ist jedoch nicht passiert. Leider war das nicht das letzte Mal wo der Service uns enttäuscht hat. Das Personal kann kaum bis kein Englisch was die Kommunikation sehr schwierig gemacht hat. Obwohl wir Spanisch bestellt haben wurden viele Dinge gar nicht oder falsch verstanden. Aufgrund der fehlenden Kommunikation wurden wir auf viele Dinge nicht aufmerksam gemacht die im Nachhinein hilfreich gewesen wären. Beispielsweise, dass Softdrinks, Säfte etc. im Preis inbegriffen waren. Das erfuhren wir erst bei der Abreise. Der Transfer zur Insel hin ist früh um 7 Uhr, der Check-in allerdings erst um 15 Uhr und zum Festland findet er nur am Nachmittag statt (außer man zahlt für einen Außerplanmäßigen Transfer), was nicht weiter schlimm für uns war. An unserem Abreisetag fand ein Influencer Event statt und leider wurden wir hierzu nicht informiert.

Quelque détails comme le fait que la chambre n’ai pas été prête à 3PM ou même avant comme d’autres arrivé en même temps que nous. La personne à l’accueil ne parlait pas un mot d’anglais et mon espagnol n’était pas terrible ça n’a pas arrangé les choses. Sinon l’expérience est inclassable. Vous êtes au milieu d’un paradis entouré d’oiseaux en tout genre. Jacuzzi au bord de l’eau Je recommande.

Alles Weltklasse. Bis auf die Auswahl im Menü (keine wechselnde Speisen und somit gab es immer das gleiche) Die Anlage hat leider ein Fliegenproblem. Sehr nervig beim schlafen und beim Essen. Zwar hat man Zugang zu Corona Bier 24/7 jedoch kostet das Wasser extra! Sehr unglücklich gelöst.
