Fantastiskt kök, perfekt för 1-2 personer att kuna laga enklare middagar. Kylskåpet började dock strula under semestern. Skickade ett mail till värden och ch samma dag hade dom bytt ut kylskåpet. Fantastisk service, speciellt för ett hotell utan reception

El Lugar es muy cómodo, limpio, seguro, súper ubicadisimo! El lugar muy recomendado, la ubicación excepcional pero… la atención PÉSIMA !! Muy mala comunicación todavía no me pueden decir dónde encuentro la contraseña de el wifi y hace una semana ya que salí !!! si la atención fuera como Sonder sería el mejor lugar donde me he hospedado.

Lovely stay in Prague. Rooms were fantastic. Having a kitchen area is great. Everything spotlessly clean, very modern, with no keys to worry about. Art and the lighting is very cool. Centre of town to walk anywhere or tap and go on the trams, lovely. We will definately be coming again.

Ubicación inmejorable, cerca de todo. Instalaciones perfectas, todo funciona correctamente, y la habitación es muy confortable. Como aspectos a mejorar: el colchón, algo duro para nuestro gusto, podrían tener la opción de añadir un topper. La limpieza la hacen cada 5 noches, que parece demasiado, nosotros tuvimos que pedir el cambio de toallas a los 3 días y lo hicieron sin problema. La salida del apartamento es muy pronto, en nuestro caso a las 10:00 y no tienen servicio de guarda maletas, aunque ofrecen alternativas de consignas cercanas, éstos no son muy accesibles ni seguras, además de caras. Tienen espacio más que suficiente para instalar un locker donde dejar unas horas el equipaje u ofrecer el servicio de late check-Out.

The hotel is walking distance to almost all the important places in the Old Town. It’s also near the metro, so very easy to get around the city. The room could use a body mirror. We only had the one in the bathroom. Check-in and out was hassle-free. Check-out is too early though (10 am).

I made the mistake of not reading the check in instructions thoroughly. Therefore i did not contact the owner ahead of time to schedule my arrival. However she mad it so easy to still get acces to the room. She was so helpful and kind!!! The room itself was nice, spaceous, and had the essentials. It was quiet, in walking distance of shops, attractions, and restaurants. It was clean amd recently renovated. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay amd highly recommend!

The decor was beautiful and checking in was straight forward. The room was spotless as were the corridors leading to the rooms. Loved the massive queen sized bed, just the right firmness and lovely quality pillows. There were the usual amenities of soap, hand lotion, body wash and shampoo. The shower head was odd, it was waist height so washing hair was a challenge! The kitchen had salt, pepper, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, a sponge and even some coffee pods for the Nespresso. There’s a Lidl round the corner and a Tesco around a 10 minute walk away. The supermarkets are catered to Czech customers but we loved the food so not a problem for us. We were able to connect our Netflix and Disney plus without issue and the WiFi also worked without issue. I did feel a little cold at times even though I had the temperature on 25 but I do easily feel the cold, my partner was fine. The location could not have been better. It was on a quiet street but a short walk to most must see tourist spots with a metro station a few minutes walk away. We loved Prague and will definitely be back and won’t hesitate to book The Botanist again!

Beautifully designed and comfortable modern room in the centre of the old city. Seamless access with a code. The only thing to mention, when booking I've seen that the same type of room comes with either bar or table sitting, I've asked for a table sitting, never got a reply and in my assigned room there was bar sitting, so had to have my coffee in armchair instead.

Great location and a cute place, but the service was terrible. No staff on-site to help with check-in—three families were left waiting outside in the cold while trying to check in online. The staff was rude and unhelpful on the phone. The WiFi password was written extremely small on a paper near the TV. The room was cold even with the heater on due to “environmentally friendly” settings. Overall, poor service ruined what could have been a great stay.

Beautiful large and comfortable apartment in a perfect location to walk everywhere. Close to the Astronomical Clock and Charles Bridge as well as the central station and modern shops. Only complaint was that there was a strong smell in the drains of the bathroom that was quite unpleasant. But overall would definitely book again.

The “YourKey” app allowed us to access our apartment from 2:30pm which was a great bonus as we arrived early for check-in. The app also provided easy access to the building and apartment without having to dig out a code each time. The apartment itself was very clean, relatively spacious and had a well equipped kitchen. It was nice having a living room seperate from the bedroom. Everything seemed very new and in good condition. The only minor problems we experienced were the indicator light on the wifi access point (a large bright blue ring light) which lit the entire bedroom - we had to cover this to make the room dark enough to sleep. We also found the air-conditioning units quite noisy and even if you turned them off - they made a constant gurgling noise. Despite these minor issues, I’d recommend this accommodation and would stay again in future.

We booked the Apt. room and it exceeded expectations. Loaction was perfect with a short walk to the Old Town Square and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Apt. had everything we needed. Large bedroom with lots of storage and a comfortable king size bed. Had a separate living area with couch, chair and TV. Kitchen was well appointed with dining table and all amenities we needed. Bathroom was large and had everything we needed. Building was recently renovated and was very nice and safe. I can 100% recommend this hotel.

Très beau studio. Malheureusement il y avait une forte odeur de moisissures qui émanait de la salle de bain. Il n’y a pas de réception alors si vous voulez quelque chose c’est compliqué.
