The pla e was ok, but I noticed that half the hotel was a shelter, which I was t happy with. Im a.paying customer and felt like I was in the shelter as well, wasn't Happy, I thought the shelter bring the hotels potential way down not going back ever doen

A simple courtesy notice placed in each room could make a big difference in maintaining a peaceful environment for everyone. Guests should be reminded to avoid loud arguments, excessive noise, and repeatedly slamming doors, especially during nighttime hours. Not everyone staying at the hotel is there for the same reason. Some guests may be traveling, while others may be families temporarily staying there through city-issued housing vouchers. It’s important to be mindful of mothers with young children who may be trying to get some much-needed rest. A little consideration, respect, and awareness of others can go a long way toward making the hotel a more comfortable and welcoming environment for everyone.

Not a terrible place to stay, but quite noisy and so-so clean. Neighborhood is also rough if you are not accustomed to The Bronx, very busy and noisy. I guess price/quality is OK for this place. Staff was helpfull 👍

Hotellet havde en okay beliggenhed, tæt på subway 3 min gang. Det er ikke muligt at lave mad der, selvom at der er er lille køkken. Værelset luftede meget af røg. En del larm på gangen om aftenen.

Room was very small. Metal bed frame squeaked and the bedding was old with cigarette burns and holes in the linens. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Not the cleanest. Bathroom had no hooks to hang anything, or shelf in the shower. There isn’t even a coffee maker in the rooms. You do feel unsafe walking in the local area.

There was a mixup with the room due to a change made in amount of days and Expedia changed room to one double instead of two. We didn’t know that until we checked in and the check in person helped to make it right. He was very accommodating thankfully. The are was scary and I would not chose that area again. The first room was on main floor and was very loud all night with banging doors and yelling. Second night we were on 2nd floor and it was much better.

My stay here was truly beautiful, especially if you’re looking for a place to decorate and surprise your partner. The rooms are very nice, comfortable, and perfect for creating a romantic setup. The people around the area are also very kind; whenever you need something, they try their best to help you in a simple and friendly way. One of the most spectacular things about this hotel is that it has parking, which makes everything so much easier and more convenient. It’s a place I would recommend if you’re looking for comfort and a space that feels like home.
