The room was very clean and the owner was very nice and responsive when contacted. It had some issues with noise at night because it is right on the sidewalk where all the foot traffic is.

Right on the walkway that crosses the main tourist part of Placencia, with easy access to everything. The place itself was quiet, very well maintained, clean, comfortable, and most importantly, had an AC unit. It was so hot outside! Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Evan was an amazing tentative host! And location is just a short hop skip and jump to the beach, located right on the famous Placencia sidewalk and close to everything within walking distance. Short walk to the hokey pokey dock.
