The hotel is magnificent. The views are spectacular. Family friendly. The rooms are amazing. Fully recommended. Secluded enough to feel private but close to towns and city if you are looking tour around.

The location of the hotel the beautiful sea view , a fantastic swimming pool area and the quality of the food is the restaurants was superb! The Breakfast was well organised and provided adequate choice. The Spa was great and very relaxing. The staff very attentive and friendly. The view from the rooms spectacular and they are a really family oriented hotel very good holiday for all even your pets. I would highly recommend this hotel, but make sure you have a car if you want to visit other adjoining areas.

Excellent stay for rest and relaxation. Great pool, beautiful property. Great attention to detail and extremely helpful staff. Rooms were beautiful and food was excellent. Only minor downside was the beach club/area was not yet open/available but we didn’t research this first.

The whole experience was amazing. The staff were super helpful and very polite. The smell of the entire hotel specially the entrance was amazing. The kids club was super clean with interesting activities for kids. The ocean and infinity pool view our best bet.

L’emplacement est idéal, à quelques minutes de la plage, et l’hôtel offre de très belles installations, notamment les piscines. La chambre était propre, confortable et agréable. Le personnel est très accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible pour répondre aux demandes. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la qualité des repas et l’ambiance générale de l’hôtel. Une mention spéciale pour l’équipe d’animation, très sympathique et dynamique, qui contribue vraiment à rendre le séjour agréable. Me and my family spent great 6 days at the hotel. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Breakfast is incredible. Dinning options very good as well. Dalmar restaurante was very good. Overall, the hotel is very beautifully decorated and staff really helpful. The beach club had good food and good music. The problem that some guest had reported about the beach golf cars in other reviews seems to be fully resolved. We did not wait for the golf car more than 3 minutes in any of the days. It was always very quick for us. Very convenient. I would love to go back to the hotel in the future.

Great property with amazing potential. Beautiful views and great food offering. Amazing breakfast! We had some challenges uncharacteristic from this type of properties: -we had to wait to get our room 3h past check in time, and 4h past for our luggage -there were many ants in our room and worms coming out of the shower -service at restaurants was slow. They were not staffed for the amount of guests (but the people working did their best). -wish they had more buggies to help take/bring guests to/from the beach

Wonderful room size and great staff. Hotel upgraded my room upon arrival. Great breakfast and wonderful pool overlooking the mountains and ocean.

We absolutely fell in love with this hotel and can’t wait to be back! This was our first visit, we’re a family with young children. The hotel is located in a secluded area but full of life! I can’t compliment the staff enough on their helpfulness and service. Truly outstanding! The rooms are spacious with great amenities. Pools are large and perfect for families. The pools were not heated as the temperature was 35-40 C, not a problem for us as it helped keep us cool. Food was delicious and there were great choices. Kids club was super for the little ones. The beach access is easy thanks to the buggy service. Highly recommend visiting!

Here’s a polished, balanced review you could post on Hotels.com: We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Fairmont La Hacienda. The resort is beautiful, everything felt brand new, and the facilities, rooms, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere were excellent. Every member of the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and eager to help, which made our stay very enjoyable. The only issue we experienced was at check-in, when our luggage took around 40 minutes to be delivered to our room. As the resort has only recently opened, some of the team seemed a little inexperienced, but they were always friendly and did their best to provide great service. One thing to keep in mind is that the surrounding area is very quiet, with very little to do within walking distance. We visited Sotogrande Marina, which is the main nearby attraction, but a return taxi cost us around €60.
