We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. Öncelikle personele çok teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Daha ilk girisimizden itibaren çok yardimci oldular. Konum olarak çok güzel bir yerde. Gezilecek tüm tarihi ve turistik yerlere yakın, hep yürüyerek gittik. Terası tamamen boğaz manzaralı. Ayrıca konaklama tarihi doğum günüme denk geldi ve bana sürpriz doğum günü pastası getirdiler onun icin de ayrıca teşekkür ediyorum.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Zimmer und das Bett waren sauber und komfortabel. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick. Besonders schön ist die Terrasse mit ihrem wunderbaren Ausblick. Dort kann man entspannt frühstücken oder nach einem langen Tag den Abend gemütlich ausklingen lassen. Tee und Kaffee stehen jederzeit kostenlos zur Verfügung. Auch die Lage des Hotels überzeugt: Bus, Metro und Fähren sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso viele Sehenswürdigkeiten. Insgesamt ist das Hotel für den Preis absolut empfehlenswert

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 4 giorni e tre notti; personale gentilissimo e professionale, pulizia camera perfetta, colazione inclusa e abbondante. Siamo state accontentate in tutto. Hotel in zona strategica, vicino a tutte le attrazioni turistiche di Istanbul, quartiere molto bello e affascinante. Tornerò ad Istanbul e sicuramente tornerò in questo hotel. Grazie a tutto il team!

Cortesia e ottima posizione

Ottimo piccolo hotel nel quartiere storico vicino alla moschea di Solimano. Gestori accoglienti, ottima colazione che puoi portare in terrazza al IV piano, da cui si gode una meravigliosa vista sul Bosforo. Molto consigliato♥️

Bon petit hôtel très bien situé, à qqs pas des transports en commun. Par contre, un petit déjeuner turc qui ne nous convenait pas et était sans variété. Belle terrasse avec vue sur le toit de l'hôtel.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted with a smile, offered a free drink anded to my room. It continued everyday. The breakfast for me was a good start to the day before going on tours. Spice market and food area s are nearby and transport for bus and T5 tram and ferry a stone thrown away. Staff are always welcoming and couldn't have asked for more. I enjoyed the view from the terrace while drinking my Turkish tea even the rain we visit again. Thank you

A really well located hotel, a few minutes walk from the team and surrounded by buses. We received a warm welcome from the older guy at reception. Super friendly and helpful, which was a lovely welcome. He was amazing from start to finish. I'm sorry I don't remember his name. The room (303) was a fair size for the centre of Istanbul and the shower was amazing; Nice and powerful! The housekeeper was also very friendly and did a wonderful job. The only thing I could say regarding improvements, would be to address small maintenance issues like the smell of the bathroom drains, the balcony door not quite locking fully, the shower seal being deformed in the corner, so the water could escape, the bathroom mirror being incorrectly fitted so the tap bangs on it when you open it fully and the lack of sealant on the base of the sink, so water gets past it and also allows the sink to rotate. These are not major issues and its a clean, good value for money hotel. The breakfast offering was plentiful and tasty. Would be happy to stay again and recommend.

Friendly staff, but the hotel is quite worn The hotel has a fairly good location, within walking distance of the Grand Bazaar, the Blue Mosque, and several of Istanbul’s main attractions. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and service-minded, and this was definitely the most positive part of our stay. Unfortunately, the hotel itself feels quite worn and in need of renovation. Our room was a bit small, with older and somewhat impractical furnishings. In the bathroom, the shower head leaked, the ventilation fan was extremely noisy whenever the light was switched on, and the sink was very small. There were also several maintenance issues, including a loose mirror and a nails sticking out from a wall trim. Housekeeping was also a little inconsistent. On the first day, the room had still not been cleaned when we returned at around 3 p.m. The following day, housekeeping knocked on the door at around 6 p.m., which felt rather unusual. Breakfast was simple but acceptable, with mainly white bread and few healthier or whole-grain options. Overall, the location is convenient and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself needs a considerable upgrade. If we return to Istanbul, we would probably choose a different hotel next time.
