Room wasn’t finished, no curtains, cable box hanging out of wall. Hotel is undergoing renovation and this wasn’t mentioned before booking. Hotels.com doesn’t care or check to see the hotels are ready for occupancy.

It's a difficult to comment since I didn't say anything while at the property ...but I had a long day, we checked in at almost 9p. The front door was out of alignment and could not be locked from inside. The tv did not work--a huge negative for me--neither did the remote control. Breakfast was minimal.

Pictures are nothing like the property. Door barely shut walls were paper thin and the couple beside me argue literally until 3am until I had to knock on the wall to get peace to sleep

This is a hotel for displaced or individuals that are homeless. It’s didn’t feel safe the window was broken glass cracked top to bottom. The adjoining doors to other rooms didn’t seem secure. The shades have gaps on the sides you can see inside the rooms. Also parking lot posts a pic of property not being responsible if vehicles are broken into vandalism or damage. It was many children running around playing unattended. Limited cameras. I travel with my 94 yr old mother and didn’t feel safe. I choose not to stay there nor sleep there overnight. I also stress this to management.

A lot of shops, restaurants, etc were walking or like a 5 minute drive distance away. Very convenient. The bedroom was really cozy and clean.

I was totally impressed after seeing several reviews. My room was clean and exactly as pictured on the website. The staff was very attentive and personable. The hotel was in walking distance of several nearby stores. I definitely will be making a reservation again in the near future.

Breakfast is offered on the website. There was a sign on the breakfast room that said breakfast at 6:30. There was NO breakfast. Almost sounds like false advertising.

It was convenient with plenty of shops around. Parking was ok, and easy to carry things from the car. The rooms were a little rundown. My door looked like it was force open, and the door between units locks were broken. Overall it was ok for a night or two.

The overall stay was ok, however for it to have been a renovated room thr bathrroom door did not close, the front to the room didn't close properly either. There were gaps in the door which allowed bugs in ALL during the stay.

The food for breakfast was not refillwd on time, so guests have to go to the front to request it every time. Also, there was electrical power during one morning when eating breakfast. We had to wait to use the waffler maker and the bread toaster.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed that the pictures on the web site showed a much more inviting, comfortable and generally more upscale place than it turned out to be. It was only acceptable because the room was very clean and the bed was pretty comfortable and the AC worked. But everything else about the dark, dreary and depressing. Not the type of place I like to stay in.

Not safe, lots of people Lottering the area.

We went to check into the property and there was a lot of people hanging out around the property, drinking, hanging out in the roadway, walking around with out shirts on. The property it's self was littered with trash, contraction boxes, metal, etc all around. When asked to show us our room the Front desk person locked the lobby behind him which defiantly didn't make me feel safe. We ended up leaving the property and booking somewhere else.

The tv did not have a remote. Clerks were not helpful. The AC did not work. Shower curtain continuously fell on the floor. Smelled of old paint and cigarettes mixed together.
