All great but the checkin process
The apartment was good and clean. All about the accommodation was fine, what I didn’t like is the checkin process and seeing another customer in the same situation than me, told me that it was not just my fault.
Fortunately I had internet service in Spain, if not, I don’t know how I would do it.
I have to thank the team for letting us checkin earlier, as we arrived to Seville before the expected time and we didn’t have anywhere to be until 3pm.
If WhatsApp is the way to do it, please reach out to your customers 3 days before checkin and send the instructions and forms to fill by WhatsApp well ahead of time.
I had to call just to find out that I had to fill forms for my whole family, so there we were in the front door filling forms and waiting for the code to enter the building.
I read afterwards that somewhere in the reservation says to reach out the apartment 72 hours before, but honestly I did the reservation months before and I would have appreciated to be reminded that we needed the forms and the WhatsApp requirement to obtain the codes.
