I recommend this hotel.The hotel is very nice and clean, the staff are very attentive. Room service is very fast and detailed. Room was always made up by the time I got back, even if i was gone for only a short time.
The pool and cafe are wonderfull. And room was comfortable and the beds and pillow were great to sleep on.
As a foreigner, the hotel staff were great especially as I know a little Arabic and was only communicating in English. Ahlam was very helpful an attentive to any concern or issue I had was quick to resolve it and I highly appreciate that.

Buon hotel, camera pulita e grande abbastanza. L'AC in camera è un po' troppo rumorosa. La cosa che ho apprezzato di più è la zona palestra/piscina, molto ben tenuta con tutti gli attrezzi necessari; piscina da circa 25m...per chi ama nuotare.

Bella e completa zona piscina e palestra. Non ho preso ne colazione ne ho pranzato o cenato.

Très bel hôtel récent, moderne et soigneusement décoré. Le design est élégant, les espaces sont agréables, et l’ambiance générale invite vraiment à la détente. Excellent choix pour un séjour à Jeddah.

Newer hotel. The room was quite nice and spacious with a good sized desk and comfortable bed. Fitness center is quite nice with new equipment (for both men & women). Outdoor pool was lovely too. Dining options a bit limited though. There is one main restaurant offering buffet options (tasty though!). But otherwise can order from the pool cafe/room service/lobby cafe from limited a la carte menu. Nothing walkable nearby for other dining options. The elevators need some maintenance as frequently was unable to travel to room floor “was restricted”; I brought this up to management during checkout.
